Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo 800 meters away from the beautiful Nuevo Vallarta beach is a perfect place for couples and families to enjoy comfortably, our unit is equipped for short, mid and longterm stays, it has all the essentials and a bit more, including a king size bed, 2 smart tv's, fiber optic, mini splits, washer and dryer machine and a lot of gear for a full size holiday!

The apartment is 968.75 sqft, has a master bedroom with private bathroom, king size bed, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini split inverter A/C, blackout curtains, nightstands, lamps and closet, a safe box, a second bedroom with 2 single size beds, nightstand, ceiling fan, A/C and closet. Laundry room with sink, a gas water heater and a laundry center, cleaning supplies and products available, two full bathrooms, living room with a coffee table and a 60" smart TV, kitchen equipped with a wooden island and granite countertop, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils and more.

Host was welcoming and answered promptly. The only negative was that the bathroom sink was plugged and I wish more blankets were available for the beds. We had a wonderful time
