Good for our group!

Ski weekend with friends and worked very well: good amount of space, hot tub, game room and family room. Close enough to the Little Cotton Wood entrance to make it easy skiing (although canyon traffic depending on snow or weekend changes the math from “as a crow flies) and quiet neighborhood.

Ski stay

The property was beautiful and quiet and just 25 minutes to Alta and Snowbird!! The backyard had a gorgeous view of the mountains and the house is very well appointed for visitors . The host , Ross , was very responsive and helpful .

Great Home in Great Location for Large Family

My wife and I along with our 3 adult children rented this wonderful home for our daughter’s Christmas wedding. This property was perfect for us and gave our family plenty of space. The house has great amenities; large well stocked kitchen, large living room & dining room, great TV room with fireplace, great game room, etc. The large backyard has great views of the nearby mountains. The hot tub was wonderful and I suspect the pool in summer would be ideal. This house would be a perfect base for a ski trip to Utah. The location provides easy access to multiple ski resorts in Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons, Park City etc. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend the property. The host Ross was very thoughtful and had the house well decorated for the holidays. We didn’t have any problems or issues. Perfect week in Utah!

Perfect!

This was the perfect property for our 4-day family vacation. We were in town to ski Alta and Snowbird, both a quick drive up the canyon. The home was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for cooking meals. Communication prior to checking in was great and we appreciated the tips on skiing and local restaurants. Very professionally operated vacation rental - highly recommend.

Perfect Family Ski Trip!

We loved everything about this house! We had 7 family members, all adults and one teen, stay here for four nights. We used it as our base to ski at Brighton and Snowbird, then took a drive over to the other side of the Wasatch Mountains to snowmobile. After our fun in the snow, we came back to the house and jumped in the hot tub, grilled for dinner, and played lots of pool. Everyone slept great and the host provided all of the essentials. We can’t wait to go back next year!

23 Minutes To Alta

Very comfortable property with all amenities. Easy drive to Alta and Snowbird. Great restaurants close by, or eat in - the kitchen has everything needed. Plenty of room in the house for dining together, or to watch sports or play pool.

Perfect ski base

Spacious house close to the mouth of little cotton wood canyon in a quiet neighborhood which is close to anything you need re restaurants, shopping, supermarkets. New, well equipped kitchen, smart tv’s in living room and game room with comfortable seating, pool table and hot tub with a spacious back yard. Host was great and we will def be back!

Great home base for ski trip

Group of 5 men (50+) stayed here for a long weekend ski trip. It was excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked and allowed our wanna be chef cook incredible meals. Plenty of room to spread around and relax after hard skiing. Pool table was high quality and the stadium seating around the table made for highly competitive and fun evenings. The hot tub was large enough to fit all of us. Great communication with owner and great home instructions and tips for getting the most of the ski resorts. We hope to stay here again for our annual pilgrimage to the greatest snow on earth.
