Cette maison est extrêmement proche de nombreuses stations de ski de l'Utah, notamment: Snowbird Resort (8 miles), Alta Ski Resort (10 miles), Solitude (16 miles) et Brighton (18 miles). Il y a 5 autres stations dans un rayon de 50 miles.

Notre maison dispose de 7 chambres, 5 salles de bains et 3 cuisines. Il comprend également une piscine privée et un bain à remous. Il y a 5 téléviseurs à écran plat avec service DirectTV.

Family Friendly House

House had a great layout for a large family. 8 of us stayed there and all had a bed with room to spare. The pool was always warm and really added to our vacation. Highly recommend staying here.

Ski Vacation

Great location if you are planning to ski Alta/Snowbird or Brighton/Solitude. Our hosts were very flexible which we appreciated and the house had enough beds to accommodate our large group. Kitchen was well appointed and the pool and hot tub were great after a long day on the mountain.

Short trip to lagoon

We planned a trip with some seniors from our youth group to visit lagoon. This VRBO is big clean and has a pool! Has big beds, tvs galore and is in a really nice location, with mountains right outside the door.

Location and amenities!

Our family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is right outside Little Cottonwood Canyon, to head up to Alta/Snowbird. Plenty of space for a large family. Everyone enjoyed the indoor hot tub and pool after a long day of skiing

Fun family gathering place for the holidays

Other than some minor inconveniences, like the hot tub not working at the time, we had a very enjoyable stay. The kids loved being able to swim each day while outside the temps were in the twenties. The beds were very comfortable and they even had a Christmas tree set up in the main room.

Had a wonderful time here with a family of 7. Great location and the quarters are clean and updated. The one complaint was that the group before us must have been smoking in the bathroom and closet; smell evident on arrival and clothes stored in the closet retained the smell. That wasn’t ideal but everything else was as expected. We would stay here again.

Great stay for the holidays

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Spencer's house. The house was roomy and were able to accommodate our large group. We had 8 adults and 8 teen and pre-teen kids. We enjoyed the indoor pool a lot, as well as the steam shower. The house had everything that we needed to spend quality time with friends and family. Communication with the owner was a breeze, with timely responses from the owner. A very pleasant experience overall!

Nice size, well furnished

Nice sized place with split level and multiple bedrooms on both levels. Looks like a former multi unit (upper and lower level) which was combined into one. Washer/dryer door glass was shattered when we stayed which was a minor hazard. Furniture looked mostly on the newer end. Indoor pool was a really nice feature but the room generally needs maintenance (as all indoor pool rooms do).

Ski Getaway

Very convenient location to big and little cottonwood canyon resorts. Close to restaurants and shopping. AJ Motion Sports for rental equipment is 6 minutes away.The pool, hot tub, and ping pong table were clutch. Beds were comfortable but the upstairs rooms were quite drafty. Leaving the doors open helped. There are plenty of places to sit and the space really accommodated our party of 10 perfectly. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked most of our meals. The mud room made our storage experience SUPER convenient.I would recommend this place and would stay again. My suggestions for improvement would be to get a new washer and a much bigger (or tankless) water heater. Large groups will need to stagger their showers. Also could use a Keurig. All in all, we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Beautiful Rental

From start to finish the owner was extremely responsive and great to work with! We visited the week before Christmas and they had a tree and decorations, which we really appreciated. If you are in the area to ski, this place has amazing storage for all the gear. Entry is super spacious with individual areas for boots, coats, equipment and ski holders on the wall. Really convenient. Hot tub and pool were a huge hit with all of us and they have pool toys, kids life jackets, towels and a speaker for music! Location is easy to find and a few minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants (for take out) and a sledding hill. The house is so, so clean and updated. Comfy beds and the couch is big and soft. Upstairs living space, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other and was a great place for everyone to be together while playing games, watching tv, eating, etc.. downstairs ping pong table was also great to have! This house is really great, but just as information, I would let people know that it is possibly a duplex. Seems to be connected and shares the backyard with the house next door, so follow instructions for parking. Also, square footage indicated may include pool area, which is very large. Five stars and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Awesome Heated Pool

This is a beautiful home. The pool is heated and indoors, which is excellent. The hot tub is great. We spent an entire day in the pool and hot tub. We loved the privacy. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are great. We look forward to staying here again.

Great spot for Kids and Big groups

So many kids books and toys, and the pool is clutch. Lots of rooms for options to fit larger groups. Cool to have the downstairs and Upstairs both be cool places to hang out, came in handy. Additionally, the kids room out on the back "porch", and playscape outside was awesome

Cozy home

The house is very cozy and had everything needed. We were a group of extended family getting together for a ski trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge plus and great to have after a day of skiing.

Winter get away with a pool

Was a wonderful last minute trip. We stayed in the house our entire trip because of covid. House was wonderful for 11 of us. Clean, well stocked with everything needed. Kids spent 8 hours plus in the pool and hot tub daily. Thank you for opening your home to us

Family staycation

We had a small family gathering with kids and adults. The pool area was great and all ages got great use out of it! There was plenty of space for our group and lots to do in the home. A nice trail to walk was close by as well.

Long weekend getaway.

We actually had a medical emergency for our son while in Salt Lake. Spencer was super attentive and was ready to help in any way. Prior to his accident, my son loved the pool. Lots of space in the house and it was impeccably clean when we arrived. Neighborhood is great, close to hiking trails (skiing in winter), plenty of grocery stores, coffee and a Whole Foods. Side note: Primary Children’s Hospital was amazing should you find yourself in an emergency situation away from home.
