Studio has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE,
Newly remodeled. This is a great location with a 8-year history and wonderful reviews.
( had to start a new profile so no reviews at the moment )

Unique Pool Home. Bocce Ball court . My personal custom house, General Contractor for 20 yrs . Entirely remodeled. Has separate entrance from the rest of the house.
Air conditioner in room.

Your not sharing your rented space with others like many many other listings here.
( so keep in mind either I'm staying on the other side of the house or it's being rented or there's a possibility nobody's there.)
Private entrance, King size bed, private bathroom, Full size fridge, washer & dryer, Full size microwave! Gas stove.

5 mins or less to Everything ! Close to All. 1.2M to Beautiful Delray Beaches 2.5M to exciting Atlantic Ave. 4 miles to Mizner Park. Huge backyard with large heated pool, Bocce ball court 32" by 10' !!! House is Built to Entertain !

* PLEASE NOTE : The studio has everything .
A small kitchen area . Gas stove , Full size fridge, Full size microwave, large toaster over, 3 way coffee / tea / K cup .
Grill outside. Full size washer and dryer . Nice size bathroom .
The studio and house are attached though separated by a Lockable door.

*Open to discuss a very trained pet . Small pets under, 30lbs 10$ per day for pet. Plus additional deposit.

Studio Guest have 1 car parking, WiFi, Pool & Grill access.
Pool and grill are shared of the other side is rented .

Parking located on the premises.

steve is a wonderful host - the studio is gorgeous and well appointed - spacious, private, great back yard - lovely neighborhood. 12 out of 10 would recommend.

Best Bargain in Boca

We stayed 8 days for our daughter’s graduation from FAU. Private entrance, super clean, included all amenities (even a washer/dryer). We were very comfortable during our stay. Great location in beautiful neighborhood. Host was helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again when in Boca/Delray area.

Horrible host and inaccurate description of place

The host sent me very nasty messages after telling him I had an unpleasant stay at his place. There was a range of issues starting with the other tenants in the home, which is connected to the studio by a door that offers no privacy, to those tenants blocking my car in. Upon arrival, my sheets were still were and there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. I mentioned this to the host and nothing was said. During my stay, I encountered very loud neighbors and even a studio apartment where k was unable to adjust the temperature. I asked the host way to warm up the place and the host told me to turn on the stove or the space heater that was in a closet, however, there was no space heater. The host then told me he would Zelle me money if I went to the store myself to buy a space heater which is beyond inconvenient. Due to my stay being so poor, I decided to check out early which was also expressed to the boss. To sum up the stay, it was horrible from beginning to end. Once again, the host sent me nasty messages and is not working with VRBO to give me a refund. I would not stay here as the description is completely incorrect.
