Ce bel appartement meublé 1 chambre face à l'océan situé directement sur la plage a les plus belles vues sur l'océan et les brises de la belle Lauderdale par la mer. Il est entièrement équipé avec tous les meubles. Les nombreuses commodités comprennent: une chambre séparée pour plus d'intimité, une cuisine complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine. Idéal pour une (1) à trois (3) personnes. Situé au 1er étage. Super site de plongée.
Gated bâtiment dispose d'une laverie à un coût minime, piscine, un espace de stationnement réservé. Idéalement situé à moins d'un mile à Lauderdale par la place du village de la mer, la jetée, les épiceries et les restaurants. Conduire minutes de Las Olas et l'aéroport de Fort Lauderdale.

Interdiction de fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Pas de gros camions et / ou pick-up autorisés dans le stationnement. C'est un parfait couple escapade paisible.

The host is amazing, responded to any questions within minutes. Checking in and out was a breeze and let us do a late check out at the last minute. The location is perfect, you are literally steps away from the beach! It’s close to shopping and restaurants yet far enough away from all the hustle, bustle and noise. The unit is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything including some basic spices a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.CON-The mirrored cabinet in the bathroom is tucked away from the sink and there is no lighting Could be replaced with something that has lights on it.Will definitely stay there again!!

My husband and I had a lovely time in this cozy, converted studio located right on the beach. Everything we needed was there including a tiny, but well stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, full size range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The king size bed was dressed in crisp white sheets and included two 100% cotton comforters, with more pillows than we could ever use. The bathroom is dated and tiny with a nice hot shower and it served our purpose just fine. There was storage for our clothes in the bedroom. The living room had a large leather couch that converted to a bed with a high top seating area and a large screen television. A closet in the living room had beach chairs, and lots and lots of other things to use on the beach, which we didn’t really take advantage of. We were designated an (tight) parking space in front of the complex. The hosts were lovely to deal with and very responsive. Overall, the room was just what we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely return!

I brought my mother in law to LTBS for her birthday weekend. I love this location. I've stayed here several times in the past. Linda's home was everything we needed. You can't beat the first floor convenience and direct ocean view. We had a lovely weekend!

Perfect location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, stores, anything you need. Quiet property, very secure, nice amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, high speed internet, assigned parking. Will definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive, clear with directions, and we had no issues with logistics. The rental unit was clean, and the location was right on the beach, which was really nice. The stove and fridge were full-size, and the dishwasher worked well too. The bed was comfortable, and there were many beach accessories available so you didn't need to buy or bring anything. My only comment that I would say was a bit of a hastle was that the bathroom was extremely small. It was fine for us, we are not fussy, but someone expecting a big bathroom might not like that aspect. We are happy renters, and would come back.
