This 4-bedroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 includes a king bed. Bedroom 4 provides two twin beds and patio access. An additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the home. The living room features a large sectional couch positioned in front of a smart TV and gas fireplace. The fully updated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and all necessary cookware. The formal dining room seats 8 under natural light. Step outside to find a resort-style pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, hammock chair, sun loungers, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and gas fire pit. The landscaped grounds include a cascading garden pond and grassy lawn for games like cornhole.

Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the property. Interstate 10 provides easy access to Los Angeles (about 2 hours west) and other Southern California destinations. Highway 111 runs through Palm Springs and connects to nearby desert communities. Downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute drive. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 15 minutes away. Joshua Tree National Park is roughly one hour east via Highway 62.
