Si vous cherchez une maison unifamiliale pour plus d'intimité, à distance de marche de la plage, de la promenade et des magasins, ne cherchez pas plus loin.

Magnifiquement dĂ©corĂ©, bien entretenu, lumineux, lumineux et aĂ©rĂ©. SituĂ© sur la 5Ăšme rue, il se trouve Ă  quelques pas de St. Église catholique d'Anne.

Le chariot s'arrĂȘte au bout de la rue pour une balade pittoresque et pratique autour de Bethany, puis Ă  la plage. Rue calme et sans issue qui est parfaite pour les enfants Ă  jouer. Construit sur mesure en 2001 est toujours rĂ©servĂ© pour la saison.

We had a lovely stay at this house! It was beautifully decorated, bright, and fresh! All the kitchen cabinetry was organized so it was easy to replace dishes and pans where they belonged. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone felt it was the best beach house we had stayed in to date! The host was very communicative as well! We'd definitely stay there again!

Weekend in Bethany Beach

Great house in a secluded neighborhood but yet so close to everything. We had a wonderful weekend in Bethany Beach, owners were super communicative and the house has just about everything you need. We hope to visit again soon.

Great house!

We had a nice time staying in the house. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and the many porches were great to hang out or play games on. The neighborhood was nice to take walks through. The beach and boardwalk are not within walking distance if you have young children or bring a lot of stuff to the beach. Luckily the house comes with a beach parking pass.

Cheerful,Clean, and Perfect Location

My family of five had the perfect vacation in Bethany, DE. The location was ideal making morning and evening trips to the beach/ boardwalk a breeze. The home was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, which we really appreciated. Hands down our favorite spot was the screened-in porch for morning coffee, reading, and games. We hope to spend our vacation here again one day.

Absolutely wonderful!

This was probably the most immaculate home we have ever rented! Additionally, it was well stocked and beautifully decorated with a spacious layout that worked well for our family. There was also plenty of outdoor space, and we spent much of our time on the screened in porch. What a bonus! The home is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to much of what we needed. Our group unanimously agreed this is a place to which we would love to return.

Fun spot for a weekend with friends

We loved this house! There was great outdoor accessibility and even a screened porch. The inside layout was great too and we all had plenty of space and storage. Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, comfortable beach house!

The house was bright, clean, and very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of great spaces for relaxing and playing together as a family. My husband and I brought our two boys (7 yr old and 2 yr old) and my mom to stay, and we all loved the house, its easy access to the beach with a very easy, short drive and parking pass, and very quiet neighborhood that was great for sleeping (not noisy in the evenings) and taking walks on the quiet streets. There were lots of games and novels at the house, along with beach chairs and other gear - we loved playing corn hole with our boys! There's also a great patio space and lots of decks for sitting out with coffee and a book. Everything was very neat and well cared for. We hope to come back soon!

Fun friends weekend

College friends getaway weekend was perfect! Mindy is always lovely to work with (I’ve stayed at another one of her properties and booked this one not realizing it was her!). We had everything we needed and the home was clean and very nicely appointed. Beds were comfy and outdoor spaces were great for the beautiful weather. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of space at South Haven

Mindy and Joe's place was spacious and clean. Lots of outdoor area's to sit, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, casserole dishes, etc., and the rooms were all good sized. Plus, it's nicely decorated!

Comfy, cozy home

The pretty decor welcomes you in and makes it easy to get comfortable. Lots of porches and decks and spaces to spread out, although we had a rainy weekend and couldn't enjoy them. Be prepared for lots of rules, this house is best rented by those who intend to keep it very clean, which wasn't a problem for us.

Amazing House!

The house was even more beautiful in person! It was immaculate and very well organized. Everything in the kitchen was labeled so you knew exactly where everything goes. The decor was beautiful and well maintained. It looks like a lot of love, time and thought went into this home. Mindy checked in on us to make sure the check in process went smoothly and gave us her contact number in case we needed her. Thankfully we didn't have to contact her because everything was in perfect order. The neighborhood is very quiet. The resident parking pass was a blessing and made parking downtown a breeze. We really couldn't ask for more. My friends and I made great memories there and all agreed that we want to go back. Thank you Mindy for your hospitality!

A perfect Getaway

This Easter vacation was perfect in every way. The property was exactly as advertised. The owner, Mindy, was very helpful and easy to reach. After a difficult year we are glad our first venture out was all we could have asked for. 5 stars for a perfect house!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood!

The house is lovely inside and out, with expansive outdoor space on every level. The decorations make it feel homey and the layout is perfect. The kitchen was well-appointed too! The location is near some excellent restaurants and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay again; we had a perfect getaway!

This Lovely Vacation Home Is Well Cared For!

Our family of seven - three generations aged 6 to 65 - hadn’t gathered in one place for a very long time. For this, our first family vacation in years, we searched high and low for a “special” rental home that would provide a comfortable and safe place for lots of talk, for great family dinners and game playing and laughter and rest. We found all those things at South Haven, a lovely 4-bedroom home that’s just a mile from Bethany Beach‘s boardwalk. South Haven is super clean, well appointed, is perfectly laid out for a family, has major appliances that are in excellent condition, a patio with a charcoal grill AND a propane grill with ample propane in the tank, a private outdoor shower with hot and cold running water, a well-equipped kitchen, a screened deck with lots of comfy furniture, and beds that everyone on our party found comfy. We didn’t use the TVs, but they’re nice ones. Oh, and the WiFi worked great. Mindy, it was a pleasure getting to know you through this experience. We’ll definitely be back. Cheers!

Mindy was very accommodating and made sure we enjoyed our time as much as possible even with bad weather and during COVID-19. Would recommend staying there again.

I retired from the Department of Homeland Security (TSA) at Washington Dulles International Airport after ten years of service.

Joe retired from Fairfax County Public Schools.

Joe and I vacationed in Bethany for 4 years with our 3 children before we had this home custom built.

We realized an oceanfront home was not in our budget.

However, we discovered South Haven to be the best of both worlds to be a part of the town. Walks and trolley rides to the town and beach are delightful.

Walk to church.

See lots of wildlife in town which is unusual. Our sitings have included mallard ducks, rabbits, deer, and even a box turtle.
