Guest Access:
Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.
Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.
Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

This is a lovely home - emphasis on the home. It doesn't feel like a rental, but like a thoughtfully organized and decorated home. The view from the deck was delightful, the furnishings were comfortable and the fireplace was a great cozy addition to a rainy, chilly (for August) day at the beach. The only drawback was that the first floor isn't the ground level - something I didn't realize when reserving it. The need for an elevator, and the breakdown of not one, but both elevators, on our first day put a stain on an otherwise wonderful stay.

There is no view from the condo. The minimal view is from the balcony. This listing suggests you get a view and you absolutely do not.
Great location but I wasn’t expecting to be overlooking a duplex where they were loud and fixing cars in the driveway much of our stay.
The room wasn’t clean - crumbs on the counter, toothpaste in the sink and dirty dishes. Microwave was dirty. Condo is older and dated, but otherwise fine. We got cleaner from downstairs and sterilized everything ourselves. When we complained about this the front desk was great and said they’d try to get me 10% off. It irritates the heck out of me to pay for a cleaning fee when we cleaned.
Owner said the listed noted a “peek a boo” view only yet I can’t find any evidence of that. I have screen shots were they talk about plural VIEWS. There are none. The sink leaks making the cords under the sink (which appear eaten and taped up multiple times over) are both faulty and are sitting in water - that was scary. I have pictures as that’s just dangerous.
