Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a serene neighborhood, this private split-level home offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, stretching from Kruger Rock to Twin Sisters.

Start your adventure with the Fish Creek Walking Path and golf course just 3 minutes away, and explore the wonders of Rocky Mountain National Park, Main Street Estes Park, The Stanley, and the Event Complex, all within a 10-minute drive. For those looking to delve deeper, enjoy convenient access to Hwy 36 and 34, making it easy to explore the vast 415 square miles of RMNP. Prefer a relaxing day? Unwind in the tranquility of our quiet neighborhood before enjoying a meal at one of the many local restaurants just a minute's drive away.
The Space
Our home, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, with just 8 other residences, is perfect for family gatherings. The property comfortably accommodates sleeping for up to 8 guests and parking for three cars. Enjoy the ease of self-check-in with a secure, unique code assigned to you for each stayâno keys needed!
Lovingly decorated and well-appointed, the home features 3 bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable king and queen beds. With 3 full bathrooms, thereâs plenty of private space for everyone. Relax on the balcony or soak in the 6-person hot tub under the stars. The large propane grill (propane provided) is perfect for outdoor meals. Keep an eye out for the âResident Elkâ who might stop by to check out the deck festivities!
The fully stocked kitchen includes utensils, pots, pans, basic spices, and cooking essentials. Just bring your favorite foods or shop at the local grocery store just 2 miles away. We also provide complimentary ground coffee with basket-style filters, creamer, natural sugar, and a starter set of Keurig pods. For your convenience, we include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hotel-quality linens, towels, and bedding. The in-unit washer and dryer come with free detergent and dryer sheets.

We are a dedicated mother-daughter team, working with a top-notch local 5-star property manager. We also rent a penthouse condo in Pigeon Forge and a lake house near Johnson City, TN.

* The garages pictured at the property are not for guest use. Apologies. The parking pad in front of the double garage allows for 3 vehicles.

* * Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable. We strongly advise that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle when visiting Estes Park.
