L'unité dispose de 2 chambres à coucher: une chambre avec un lit king size, l'autre chambre avec 2 lits queen size, chaque chambre a sa propre télévision intelligente, climatisation et ventilateurs. 2 salles de bains, cuisine équipée, salon confortable, salle à manger, lave-linge, sÚche-linge, lave-vaisselle et WIFI. Belle terrasse avec une vue imprenable et un jacuzzi.

Le complexe a de beaux espaces verts, des entrĂ©es sĂ©curisĂ©es et la sĂ©curitĂ© est sur place 24/7. Vous avez le choix entre quatre piscines, dont deux grandes plages, des piscines Ă  dĂ©bordement offrant une vue imprenable sur le centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta, des parkings souterrains, un centre d’entraĂźnement et des courts de tennis.

Great views and great family stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The two queen beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our teen boys. We loved whale watching right from our balcony! The condo community was beautiful, safe, and friendly people. We would definitely stay again!

Great Spot in PV!

Great location!! Lots of pools and close to malls and restaurants. Not too far from the Malecon. The place was clean, safe and spacious for 2 couples, it had everything needed for a very enjoyable vacation!!

Condo in Paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the space and the view- perfect for a family to be together and allow for personal space at the same time. Had one problem with the shower not draining well and it was immediately taken care of. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay was very good. We would book this location again!

Beautiful view. Had an issue where I locked door improperly and could not get back in. Notified host and he was there within 15 minutes. Notified host of one other issue and had it resolved very timely. Would recommend.

Beautiful Apartment!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was PERFECT! Check-in was super easy and everything we needed was provided. AC worked great and we loved soaking in the tub on the balcony. The pools on the property were all well maintained and never crowded. We would definitely return to this place anytime we're visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Great View and Location

This property is very nicely located next to La Isla in the hotel zone in one of 3 beautiful towers with multiple pools, access to beach and shopping and not far from the airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Theses condos are a bit older and we had some maintenance issues but they responded quickly. We would stay again

Beautiful Property!

We love this property for the location and amenities! The pools are beautiful and there are plentiful restaurant options nearby, including the one on property which we enjoy. The condo is modern and well furnished. The property manager is very responsive and check in is easy. We would love to stay at this location again.

Loved our visit!

We loved our stay at this property! Sergio, the property manager, was excellent in communicating and welcomed us to the property. He was terrific! The view of the ocean is amazing- saw whales almost every day. The only issue we had was on certain days there is loud music from a nearby club- closing the doors helped. The owner responded quickly to our requests. This is a beautiful spot for a lovely vacation.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was truly breathtaking, offering stunning views that complemented the serene atmosphere. The property itself was immaculate and had been thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The condo was equally exceptional, featuring modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. What truly stood out, however, were the property managers. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Grand Venetian Tower 3

The 3 buildings and common areas ae very well maintained, pools and gym were lovely, amazing ocean views from the beach and balcony. The biggest drawback (which is noted in the VRBO description) is the extremely loud music playing non stop Thur thru Sunday each week from about 2 pm till 9pm. It is so loud unable to enjoy the balcony during that time period. There unit itself is reasonably well equipped but in need of minor repairs - loose kitchen cupboards, doorframes need painting, better light bulbs in overhead fixtures and fridge, etc. On the plus side - quality bed linens, towels, etc and kitchen well equipped.

Comfortable Condo

Condo was just as presented. Had an issue with water one day but the host was attentive and able to give us an evening option. Security was a bit too strict in that several times our guests visiting for dinner in our condo with bands were not allowed on property. The condo has great AC. So needed this time of year. Will be staying again!!

Good stay!

Overall we were pleased with the condo. It was nice to have 2 queen beds in one room to accommodate our teenager kids. The room with the king bed is smaller because the primary bedroom is used for the queen beds. Not a big deal for us but missed the big bathroom. The location of the condo is great. We loved being away from the busier Zona romantica. Everything is an easy walk/uber/taxi ride away. Our favorite part of the condo were definitely the pools and hot tubs on the grounds along with the restaurant. Great food and drinks and great prices.Be aware that Friday through Sunday there is a club right next to condo that plays music VERY loudly from about 1-9pm. It makes sitting on the patio almost impossible. Monday through Thursday we’re lovely without the noise. The kitchen could use some updating and addition of more dishes (especially wine glasses).we appreciated the big water jug that was provided. My son loved the tub on the patio but be aware that it is not a hot tub but is a jetted bathtub.Sergio and Regina were amazing and always quick to respond, especially when we had a problem with water heater. Highly recommend using Antonio for a private driver/tour of the area around Sayulita. It was the best part of our trip (ask Sergio for his contact info).

100% satisfied absolutely beautiful!!!!

My friend and I stayed here a few days ago and it was absolutely stunning! The view was to die for! The property has a delicious and very affordable restaurant. The location is superb, close to exquisite dining and 5$ cab ride to zona romantica! The unit was unbelievably clean, super comfy beds and our host Sergio was incredible! He helped with our every need!! The pools were beautiful and the grand Venetian staff were kind and helpful. There is a fun beach bar steps from this unit with live music, delish food and charming ambience. The owner replied within minutes of any inquiry we had!!! The two balconies had stunning views and the huge jacuzzi made for a relaxing night in!!! We can’t wait to return!! Thank you Joƛe and Sergio!!! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! We are already planning our return. Don’t pass on this vacation rental!! Trust me!!!!

WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME IN PUERTO VALLARTA

The Condo is JUST as advertised. The Balcony is Lovely, with a great view of the water. The rooms were clean, the shower water was high pressure and hot. The unit is in a bulding, gated and protected. The Condo staff are very particular about who get's access to the property. Our Property Manager, Sergio, is the most trustworthy man you will ever meet. Twice, I needed his help accessing the safe, where I locked my US Cash, Pesos, Passport, Wallet and Keys. and he handled that for me, all while we were out on the town. I will forever be Grateful to Sergio for his calm presence / demanor and willingness to be of assistance. In a world where everyone is afraid of being taken advantage of, it's amazing to find such amazing people.
