OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Must sign rental agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours.
• Guests must park in the designated driveway spaces or on the street to allow garage access for the lower-level residence.
• The front door is a short (100 ft) uphill walk from the parking area.
• Exterior cameras at front door and back of house for your safety and security; no interior cameras.
