Clean, convenient, quick and easy communication! Nice stay with the family, games downstairs for the kids entertainment as well!

Cute cozy house! Very clean, and I would 100% go back for another stay if I was in the area! Beds and Couchs were comfortable and clean! Very nice kitchen as well. Worked perfect for a place to stay and hang out with some friends after a concert to relax and chill rather than a hotel room. Only complaints I would say is the bathroom upstairs has some visible water damage and the tile is coming up in a few spots, but it just needs repaired. And the parking is pretty tight. I drive a Tahoe with a 6in lift and 35in tires and it was a tight squeeze into the small gated parking spot, and luckily the other spot was free in front of the house or my friends vehicle wouldn’t have had a space to go.

This is not a 3 bedroom although it is listed that way. This is 2 bedrooms with a basement. It says it sleeps 11- absolutely no way 11 people would fit here. 8 MAX. Plenty of parking on the street but only one spot in the driveway. However, you receive a message before check in asking only 2 cars max park on the street due to neighbors complaining. The house was clean and had all items needed for cooking.

Clean - mostly

Im not sure I would call the basement a "studio bedroom" and the pull out sofa'sweren't all that comfy. The instructions said to use a matress cover - but only one was provided - we used a sheet for the other one. One of the packages that contained the bed clothes had a crumpled up potato chip bag in it :-(

Not great

When we checked in there was standing water in the basement where two of the sofabeds were located. Water was seeping in from under the walls at several places and there was absorbent tubes trying to contain the water. We cleaned up the water so we would not have to step in it. In the morning, the puddles were back. Basement was damp and musty smelling, not a good place to sleep.

Birthday Celebration

We rented this VRBO to celebrate our daughter’s 13th birthday, and there were definitely some positives. The interior of the home was clean and comfortable, and the basement—referred to as a bedroom—turned out to be a fun and spacious area the kids really enjoyed.However, there were a few things that held the experience back. The yard was in poor condition—messy, overgrown, and clearly not maintained—so we couldn’t really use the outdoor space the way we had hoped. Also, there was no TV in the bedroom. That might not be a deal-breaker for everyone, but it would’ve been helpful if it had been clearly noted in the listing, as it impacted how we relaxed in the evenings.The property has a lot of potential, especially for families, but a little more attention to outdoor upkeep and clearer listing details would go a long way.

Birthday Getaway

We stayed here for an 8th birthday celebration, mostly spending time in Cincinnati but found this home to be a great retreat when planning our evenings. Pros: -Recently remodeled, clean, and well-maintained. -Convenient location near Cincinnati, Covington, and Newport. -Spacious enough for our entire group. -Extra amenities were a nice touch. Cons: -No propane available for the fireplace. Neutral: -The listing mentions three bedrooms, but it's more of a 2-bedroom home with a finished basement offering pull-out beds and a foldable twin. We made it work, but it was an unexpected detail due to my quick reading.
