Charming first floor 2-bedroom apartment. All private with patio.

Well maintained Duplex home with a large private driveway and patio in the back. No sharing whatsoever! New paint throughout, clean laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen. Large eat in kitchen fully equipped with all large appliances and all small wares. Perfect first floor unit with only 5 steps to enter the building and no steps inside. New Queen size beds/Mattresses in both bedrooms. Private off-street parking is provided in a safe quiet neighborhood. All it is missing is you!
Please note this is a duplex home with a tenant in the upstairs unit, they are very quiet and respectful so we ask the same for any guests in this first floor unit.
Our listing is new here but it's been on for years in Airbnb, check us out in there for a ton of great reviews

Three different ways to make coffee, and a TV/Roku box in every room! The apartment was very clean and lacked nothing. We enjoyed our two-night stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.

Wonderful place to stay for my Dad & Aunt. Lucia (owner) is wonderful, so easy to work with and wonderful communication. Will definitely use again when my family comes in town. The setup was absolutely perfect for them.

Property was exactly as listed! On a quiet street with a detailed labeling system and instructions for everything. Kid friendly with a variety of books for children and adults. Would be honored to stay again our next trip in town. NO NOTES!

Super clean, convenient, and Stocked with Supplies

We loved this place! From the reservation to check-out, the host took excellent care of us. The apartment is very clean and has so many unexpected supplies in the kitchen and bath. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, etc. I loved the coffee station! And my hubby loved the shower. The shower head has a massage feature and the water pressure was awesome! We give this place a 10/10!!

Perfect location

The location of this property was perfect for us, being almost exactly between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It seemed smaller than in the pictures but was adequate with the exception of the one bathroom which required careful scheduling to accommodate our party of 4 senior adults. There were a couple of non-critical maintenance issues including the bathtub drain which runs extremely slow and the tricky drain on the bathroom sink. It would have been nice to have a mirror or 2 in addition to the bathroom vanity. The neighbor across the street starts up his truck (with no muffler) at 7:00am every day. We found that interesting, but others may be annoyed if they want to sleep late. The host, Lucia, was extremely responsive to any questions or needs.
