• This home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle.

• This is a lower unit with no shared walls. It is likely, at some point during your stay, there will be occupants upstairs.

• A $300 utility deposit is required at before check in and then actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure. Customer Care team will coordinate payment of the deposit.

• For multiple months stays, a mid-stay clean, at guest's expense, every 30-45 days is required. After booking, please contact Customer Care to schedule cleaning(s) and payment(s).
