The large bedroom is very quiet and very comfortable as it offers a king size bed with high end bedding, black out curtains, air conditioning, smart devices, a window with a mountain view, and its own connected and extremely unique bathroom.
The living spaces in the condo are made for your enjoyment as well. The living room is large and it has its own private city and ocean view balcony, a work station, and a fun bar.
The kitchen and the bathroom are immaculate and complete and help provide a home away from home experience.

In between one will find private bedrooms with private bath, one bedroom condos, and two bedroom lofts.
The first floor Just Beachy PV Boutique Hostal offers 14 exclusive, boutique hostal beds divided between 3 dorms for those looking for a high end hostal experience. Super comfy bedding, in bed connectively, in bed storage, in bed lighting options, and blackout curtains will make your hostal bed experience very private and very classy. Our hostal also offers super clean menâs and womenâs bathing areas as well as shared areas that include a unique bar, a co working area, and a TV lounge area.
The Just Beachy PV Suites section has its private entrance and makes up the top 3 floors of the building. There are seven (1,2,3 bedroom options) very comfortable and very well done, ocean and romantic zone view condos. Each condo has very comfortable bedrooms complete with black out curtains, AC, smart TVs, and safety deposit boxes. The living rooms and kitchens are well furnished and the view balconies are to be enjoyed.
Our Romantic Zone location is by all the local eats and all the tourist treats. We are extremely close to the Romantic ZoneÂŽs top venues and top beaches yet just enough away to offer peaceful relaxation when recuperation is needed.
