The house is beautiful. We had a great time. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a few blankets for the beds. If we travel to Syracuse next year for Thanksgiving we would enjoy staying here again.

We stayed for a college reunion with a small group of friends. The house was exactly as advertised, extremely well appointed and convenient to campus. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home in great location!

This house is so lovely! Yvette thought of everything and the home is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and easy to walk. We really enjoyed our stay and visiting with my parents who live nearby. The home had everything we needed and more. I definitely recommend staying here. Yvette was very responsive to my questions and it was perfect for my family!

Family Reunion Syracuse

The newly remodeled home was located blocks away from our neice's home, perfect for the family reunion. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful home with our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 sons. The 3 bedroom, very clean house had the perfect accommodations for an extremely comfortable weekend. The beds were extremely comfortable, furniture was new and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance needed as well as basics for making coffee and condiments. Our grandsons especially liked the basketball court in the backyard! We would definitely stay here again.

Repeat Stay

We returned to Syracuse suddenly for funeral of family member. Yvette had the ready for us. Very clean, comfy beds and great location! This will be our go to place for future trips to Syracuse.

Family Reunion

The location of the house was ideal for its closeness to family, shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean, beds comfy, and kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Added bonus for our grandson was the basketball hoop in the fenced backyard! Check in and out very simple. Yvette was quick to respond to questions. Will be staying again soon.

Home away from home

My sons and I stayed at Yvette’s house recently for 5 nights while in town for a wedding. The house had everything we could need and everything was clean and tidy. She left a bottle of champagne to greet us. The adjustable master bed is so comfy! It does require a bit of a climb to get into (there’s a step stool in the closet if needed). I tend to judge places by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and these passed with flying colors! Yvette even thought ahead to point out the snow shovel and salt in the front closet and boy did we sure need them as a surprise 6 inches of snow fell the night before the wedding. We should know better than to think spring could come early to CNY! We will keep this house on our list of great places to stay as we frequently come back to Syracuse! Thanks Yvette!

Everything new and beautifully renovated

I don’t think there is a nicer place to stay in the Syracuse area. Very nice renovation, immaculately clean, comfortable and everything you need supplied. We were even greeted with a bottle of Prosecco-nice welcoming touch.

Syracuse Weekend Trip

Booked this wonderful property to attend a Syracuse Football game. Yvette was a great host and incredibly responsive. We were close to the Syracuse U campus and centrally located to other attractions within the city. Would stay here again.
