Experience Lake Alfred like a local in this welcoming 1-bedroom house. With amenities like AC, coffee and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in this brilliant space. We hope you enjoy what our place and Lake Alfred has to offer. This property is located centrally just a few miles from I-4 with Walt Disney World and Busch Gardens Tampa only 45 minutes away in either direction and Legoland less than 20 minutes away. Great local restaurants and grocery stores within a short distance. The 1/1 is a separate entrance w a separate door very private.

I thourghly enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful, relaxing, and very quiet. I enjoyed seeing the little alligator swimming in the lake in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again on my next vacation. The apartment was very clean and cozy.

10 out 10 this property is fantastic and the host is very responsive and friendly no complaints whatsoever and if you need the air a different temp just message the host I read a bunch of reviews that were not so appealing and from what I experienced this host goes above and beyond. I would recommend this property over and over again, would give more stars if possible

In town for my son’s lacrosse game. Very quiet. Great accommodations. View of the lake is outstanding.

Nice and efficient

Didn't realize it is basically going to be a duplex. VRBO site lists as house, but in reading details it states apartment. And it's an apartment attached is the other side of the house the owner is fixing up. He is very nice and attentive to all your needs. The view is beautiful. Alligators and baby ducks are in the lake. Very quiet place. It was great for my travel purposes as we were in and out frequently. Recommended for short stays to take care of business or other matters. Great overall.

Little Hideaway

Nice cozy little apartment, not what i was expecting, but was clean and private as described. The thermostat for the air conditioner was in the main part of the hose so we had no freedom to adjust it at all, celing fan in the bedroom was not fuctioning very well and would not speed up. Overall the property is decent, but not for us, however at the value, it is great bang for the buck.

Great View

This location has a great view of the lake! Only 2 issues we had was we couldn't control the air/heat. The property owner controlled it. And, the dishwasher was not installed for use. No problem, I just washed by hand, but it did prevent me from cooking since I dislike washing dishes... LoL

It was freezing inside and I saw no heat/thermostat. Listed as able to sleep 2 but the second space was a couch that didn't open up. I could not share a bed with my grandson.The location was adequate but that was all.

We deserve a refund,

Place was never was cleaned. Also, there was a safety hazard sounded like there was an electrical short happening up in the attic and the front door had such a large gap underneath where things could come crawling in at night because it was on a lake. We met with the host onsite and he took pictures but never offered a refund we just left and lost our money. because of the safety hazard to stay..

We would absolutely stay here again ! With that said there were a few areas that could be improved.. an outside light would be nice especially when coming back to the house at night, it's pretty dark. There was a slight smell of cigarette, so we're not sure if a past guest smoked in the house or what was the cause but it was noticable. The shower was warm but never hot, great pressure though ! Other than those small details, the house was very clean and had the comfiest bed. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house as we were exploring surrounding areas so we felt the home was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

I show up at the property. Was there for two hours trying to figure out how to get in. Tried chatting with Expedia. They tell me they are not the ones to contact. I never received an email on how to get into the property. I did not cancel. I was canceled. I want a refund. The property owner contacted me about three hours later apologizing and I went from frustrated, to scared as I was alone, to angry for this company not following through with process. I found a last minute place to stay, as I obviously felt I was left in the street. By the time the owner contacted me I, my son found a place for me. I cannot rate the place as I did not stay. According to owner her has recommended a refund and Expedia or Vrbo or whoever may not allow it. As stated prior, I did not cancel, information on process was not related to me and I was at property a correct time. I expect a total refund of as services were not rendered. You have rights, so do I as a customer that was not rendered services. Thank you

I relax by kayaking and boating on the ocean. I hope you enjoy your stay I travel a lot for work so odds are you have the place to yourself
