1/1 Bedroom with amenities like AC, coffee and WiFi, This property is located centrally just a few miles from I-4 with Disney World and Busch Gardens Tampa is only 45 minutes away in either direction and Legoland less than 20 minutes away. Great local restaurants and grocery stores within a short distance. The 1/1 is a separate entrance and private. There is covered parking . In the backyard, we have a laid-back view of the lake—gentle waves lapping at the shore, warm sun on the sand. As the sun sets, the sky fills with golden hues, and birds flutter by. It’s the perfect place to relax, maybe toss a line in and catch some fish—just a simple, peaceful escape.”

Bathroom sink slow to drain. Unable to locate hair dryer (which was on list of supplied appliances)Kitchen fully equipped (did not use the dishwasher as we ate-out most of our meals)--we received a email that there was a message from our host on our way to the property, but the VRBO site was not letting us access the message. I don't believe this was the property owner's problem.

I thourghly enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful, relaxing, and very quiet. I enjoyed seeing the little alligator swimming in the lake in the morning. I will definitely be staying here again on my next vacation. The apartment was very clean and cozy.

10 out 10 this property is fantastic and the host is very responsive and friendly no complaints whatsoever and if you need the air a different temp just message the host I read a bunch of reviews that were not so appealing and from what I experienced this host goes above and beyond. I would recommend this property over and over again, would give more stars if possible

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing, and I want to warn other travelers. The home and the surrounding area were very run down, dirty, and undesirable, nothing like the listing photos suggested. The property itself was clearly unkept and had numerous sanitation and safety issues.We immediately discovered we could not control the air conditioning, as it could only be adjusted from the host’s main house. The bedroom ceiling fan did not work, and despite contacting the host right away, he gave instructions that didn’t work and then ignored all further messages. It was 88 degrees outside, leaving the inside hot, humid, and uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep.Inside, the conditions were unacceptable:‱No garbage bags in garbage cans or anywhere in the home and old food left in the refrigerator‱Clogged bathroom sink, molding hanging off the shower, holes in the drywall‱Stained and soiled baseboardsâ€ąÂŒ inch gap in the door visible from the couch‱A toaster that shocked me‱No pans for the oven‱Lower cabinets full of dirt and wood shavingsThe outside was no better: junk and dirty clothing scattered around, and a caved in break wall where the host’s grill was placed — a major safety hazard. The gas fire pit advertised in the listing was inoperable and had no gas.After one miserable night and no help from the host, we left early. We provided photos of everything, but the host refused to acknowledge any issues.I would not recommend this property

Nice and efficient

Didn't realize it is basically going to be a duplex. VRBO site lists as house, but in reading details it states apartment. And it's an apartment attached is the other side of the house the owner is fixing up. He is very nice and attentive to all your needs. The view is beautiful. Alligators and baby ducks are in the lake. Very quiet place. It was great for my travel purposes as we were in and out frequently. Recommended for short stays to take care of business or other matters. Great overall.

Little Hideaway

Nice cozy little apartment, not what i was expecting, but was clean and private as described. The thermostat for the air conditioner was in the main part of the hose so we had no freedom to adjust it at all, celing fan in the bedroom was not fuctioning very well and would not speed up. Overall the property is decent, but not for us, however at the value, it is great bang for the buck.

This location has a great view of the lake! Only 2 issues we had was we couldn't control the air/heat. The property owner controlled it. And, the dishwasher was not installed for use. No problem, I just washed by hand, but it did prevent me from cooking since I dislike washing dishes... LoL

It was freezing inside and I saw no heat/thermostat. Listed as able to sleep 2 but the second space was a couch that didn't open up. I could not share a bed with my grandson.The location was adequate but that was all.

We deserve a refund,

Place was never was cleaned. Also, there was a safety hazard sounded like there was an electrical short happening up in the attic and the front door had such a large gap underneath where things could come crawling in at night because it was on a lake. We met with the host onsite and he took pictures but never offered a refund we just left and lost our money. because of the safety hazard to stay..

We would absolutely stay here again ! With that said there were a few areas that could be improved.. an outside light would be nice especially when coming back to the house at night, it's pretty dark. There was a slight smell of cigarette, so we're not sure if a past guest smoked in the house or what was the cause but it was noticable. The shower was warm but never hot, great pressure though ! Other than those small details, the house was very clean and had the comfiest bed. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house as we were exploring surrounding areas so we felt the home was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

I show up at the property. Was there for two hours trying to figure out how to get in. Tried chatting with Expedia. They tell me they are not the ones to contact. I never received an email on how to get into the property. I did not cancel. I was canceled. I want a refund. The property owner contacted me about three hours later apologizing and I went from frustrated, to scared as I was alone, to angry for this company not following through with process. I found a last minute place to stay, as I obviously felt I was left in the street. By the time the owner contacted me I, my son found a place for me. I cannot rate the place as I did not stay. According to owner her has recommended a refund and Expedia or Vrbo or whoever may not allow it. As stated prior, I did not cancel, information on process was not related to me and I was at property a correct time. I expect a total refund of as services were not rendered. You have rights, so do I as a customer that was not rendered services. Thank you

We absolutely loved this little hidden gem! It was perfect for the weekend! I was down for my son’s wrestling tournament and he got to fish right out the back door in the evenings! And the view is perfect! The host was super friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this place! We will be staying again next year!
