Gem du lac Marion! Belle 3 Chambre avec Lits Roi, HD et Internet

Située au sud-est de Kissimmee sur les rives du lac Marion et à 20 minutes de Legoland, cette unité privée située au rez-de-chaussée est entièrement rénovée et entièrement décorée. Elle comprend une véranda avec moustiquaire, 2 lits king-size, 2 lits jumeaux pouvant être convertis en troisième roi, parc / berceau, 2 poussettes et chaise haute. La vue par toutes les fenêtres et lanais est panoramique. Pas de regarder les murs ou les fenêtres des autres peuples, juste la forêt verte et les palmiers.

Le salon à concept ouvert comprend une télévision haute définition par câble 52 pouces et un lecteur Blu-ray avec son surround pouvant accueillir tout le monde. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télévision à écran plat 24 pouces avec câble et DVD. Il existe une connexion Internet haut débit et un téléphone avec les appels longue distance gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un service pour 12 personnes et tout ce que vous avez chez vous, et plus encore. L'unité dispose également d'un lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal. Il n'y a pas d'unité aussi complète que celle-ci!

Very clean, nice decor, kitchen well organized. Restaurant suggestions were great. We had a little trouble with gate to enter, but figured it out. We didn’t use either of the pools, but they looked nice. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice. Tina is very responsive to guest’s requests. Well stocked kitchen and condo. The gym is small but we are gym rats so this probably won’t affect any other guests.

Loved the stay but not much in eating out in this area.

So enjoyed having the heated pool mostly to ourselves all week. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. It was a great getaway.

Thank you for your kind words. On the bulletin board in our condo, we have posted suggestions for nearby take-out and eat-in restaurants that are located 10-20 min from our condo. Locals enjoy going to The Port Steak and Seafood Restaurant, a 10 min drive to Lake Hatchineha or they go to The Cherry Pocket in Lake Wales, 15 min away. Manny's Original Chophouse, located on Hwy 27 near Haines City takes about 20 min to get to. Alternatively, Poinciana offers various fast food options about 18 min from our vacation rental.

We stayed here with our family from Europe during Thanksgiving. We had a great time, made an awesome dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, modern and up to date and well organized. The pool and sports courts are very nice. Overall a great place to stay.

Thank you for your comments. Depending on the route you choose and time of day you are driving, you can significantly reduce time to or from a major park from our place. Summer is high season, and that means much higher traffic volume.

Quiet neighborhood condo at the very edge

The place was clean and neat. There was plenty of communication from the host. The recreational area was enjoyable. The condo is a little bit far from local attractions, but that worked out fine for our situation. Very pleasant, quiet vacation.

Perfect getaway for a family

The gem of Lake Marion was the best VRBO we've ever rented. Comfy beds, variety of pillows, screens in great condition on lanai and entryway, lots of towels! Ample supplies and amenities in the condo, PLUS a ton of activities available in the condo resort: swimming, shuffleboard, ping pong (paddles in the condo), and a pool table, as well as an exercise room (adults only).The short walk from the condo down to the lake is a lovely nature walk, AND the resort is adjacent to Bellini Preserve, another great spot for nature lovers.We visited LEGOland (30 minute drive) and also had an awesome paddle boarding lesson in Winter Haven with coach Camie. Both of those experiences were amazing, and I would highly recommend.I would definitely stay here again! Tina was super responsive to all our questions, and she truly cared about our experience.

The property was very comfortable and as pictured. Tina the host had great communication and was quick to respond. The property was very well stocked from dishes, and cookware, towels, games, books, etc... The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet as it was at the end of the road. Overall, a great place for families to stay. The only drawback for us was that the air conditioning was set at 74 and was not supposed to be set lower. We book several properties a year in Florida and have never had such a strict temperature requirement. I would have liked to have seen this in the description as it is too warm for our comfort.

Dear Kemisha, We value feedback from all of our renters. I am sorry to read that you had trouble with your cell service when you stayed at our vacation rental. In the 10 years of operating our vacation rental, this is the first time a renter has let us know of cell service problems. Verizon, at&t, Sprint all work well in our area. T-mobile's cell tower is the furthest away from our location, and can be problematic in some areas.

Lovely place, clean & quiet

Our group of 4 had an excellent stay here. The only issues were that the condo is a good hour drive to anything. Also, there is only *1* parking spot per condo. Other than these 2 issues, our stay was great, and I WOULD recommend it.

To clarify the parking issue, there is 1 dedicated parking space for our vacation rental located right in front of the entrance. If there is a second vehicle on the reservation, there are numerous Visitor Parking spaces available within the resort. Depending on traffic, time of day and route, it can take 45-60 minutes to drive to Disney, Universal or Sea World. Florida Legoland is about 30 minutes from our vacation rental
