We 8 person hiking group really enjoyed the 5 day stay at this beautiful place. The 3 king size rooms and the double queen bed rooms really make your stay cozy and pleasant. We used the kitchen to make all our meals and lunch snacks. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

This house is a wonderful vacation rental. With all the attention to amenities and details, it levels up a regular house rental to a lovely experience that feels like treat. The neighborhood is quiet with stunning views. The owners have appointed this house with the extra thought to what makes a vacation experience relaxing. Such a beautiful home, with a serene yard - both front and back, and beautiful views! The home was very clean, well-stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies, to luxurious bedding and bathroom amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the Spring! David was very communicative, making sure we had everything we could need, and also providing some restaurant recommendations.

House is very clean and well equipped for a family’s fun vacation. Location is great, close to Safeway, Wholefoods, restaurants, a park and lots for hiking trails. The view from front porch and front windows are beautiful. My family of 5 stayed here for a week and really had fun in Sedona. The only inconvenience about this house is that the drinking water filter works very slowly. It probably okay for 2-3 people but for five of us we had to boil tab water sometime for drinking as tab water there tastes bad. We’ll definitely come back to Sedona and would love to stay at Zentopia again.

The floor plan of this house is very functional and great for gathering. Newly renovated and furnishings are to be envied. New appliances and fully stocked kitchen and bath. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. I’ll book this again when in Sedona
