The tiny house is very unique. If you are looking for a family get together with lots of outdoor space closer to nature this is the place for you, if you wanna play card games or sitting on the porch hearing bird sounds in the morning you came to the right place, one would want for comfort in the main house with heat/ AC, TV, Shower, and Toilet or you want to sit under the trees with fire place on with music, very close to Waxhaw food and breweries!! Come enjoy nature at its best

We have plenty of parking on the site, you can park upto 20 cars, we provide bluetooth speaker for you so you can use it outdoor while you are enjoying the fire side chat in the nature, we also have Ping Pong table and corn holes set up so you can have fun

Property is located in 2 acres and in the woods but close to road access

Property was dirty, ants in multiple areas, no clean towels and had several things in need of repair. Once I was finally able to get ahold of the property owner he was very apologetic and bought towels had them delivered the next day and refunded 1 of our nights. Believe he may fix things hopefully for future people who stay.

Comfortable

We were in town for a family gathering and this place fit the bill. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and pet friendly. I highly recommend. I didn’t have any contact after checking in because everything was set for us. We will be back! This is an annual trip so hope to stay again next year! Thank you to a great host!

Described perfectly

The property was as described. Spacious with 3 beds a good size kitchen, and large gathering areas. Great screened in porch. The area was well positioned and very close to Waxhaw and surrounding areas. Definitely well described as a party house, a few blemishes that come with that title and are expected. The poker table was a big plus!

Red flags

I rented the house for a Birthday Gathering! I arrived day two of my stay, however I did not notify the host due to the waiting response from previous communications. (Red flags! 1-2days to respond.) So, when I arrived day two the door would not unlock. After trying several times and contacting the host numerous times via messages, texts, and calls he finally called back and determined locksmith had to unlock the door. I asked the host to discount rate due to inconvenience, he stated “we will work something out.” A few days later I inquired about the discount he stated, he could not give me a discount because he had to give the nightly neighbors a refund because my guest was turning around in that driveway and could only give discount on next stay. I explained that was not my fault and I will not stay again. He said, he would forward to management and he would be in touch. He has yet to get back to me.

Thanks for the feedback, you guys used the property day before, when I went inside observed that bed was used, you locked yourself and told us they you were not able to get in, this what we found the fact, that is the reason we did not give you refund on top of it you are not supposed to used the other driveway which made other guests feel uncomfortable, again I am sorry this happened just wat to put the facts there
