Very spacious and the extra bed was handy and comfortable. Everything was clean and the garage parking was an extra perk! On a busy street, but it was quiet inside and the nearby traffic light ensured breaks in traffic while waiting to pull out.

Had plenty of room do the group. One of the “bedrooms” is actually a bed in the closet. It wasn’t a problem. Just made for a lot of laughter when we were looking for the last bed/bedroom upon checkin. Fairly large closet and made good use of the space to accommodate more guests

Place is definitely a rental. Nothing warm and cozy about it. But it was in a good location and had enough beds for all of us. It was safe and mostly clean. There were very minimal kitchen supplies so if you like cooking this isn't the place for you. For a place to sleep it was good.

The rug in the mbr was hazardous because the glue had been worn out and it was flipped up right in front of the bathroom and a huge invitation to trip over it. The upstairs hall bathroom had an unfinished ceiling fan??? The kitchen had mostly adequate equipment but I had to buy measuring spoons and sugar which seemed ridiculous given how much we paid for the house. It was quiet and spacious. The patio off the living room was delightful. The pillows were like bags of cement which may appeal to other people. My husband and sister inlaw used sofa pillows to be able to sleep.

Spanking new rental

Everything was pristine and new condition! Located in a great place close to eateries and grocery stores. We loved our stay here and plan to come again!

We were switched to another apartment in this property at the last minute because of "emergency repairs". We were told that the two apartments were identical. This is not accurate to describe this apartment as a 4 bedroom. The entrance foyer was set up with two single beds but had a door to the street (locked and not in use) and a door to the garage (only entrance to the apartment and only lockable from the inside) and no door to the upstairs. The main level is a nice open space that includes kitchen, dining space, tv room, one bathroom, and a balcony. The third floor has two en-suite rooms, one with a balcony and walk-in closet that was equipped with another single bed but had no separate entrance. So one of our couples was stuck in a converted foyer with no privacy. The owner, although reasonably prompt to reply, was not accommodating and as we were in town for our mother's 85th birthday celebration, we did had little options on such short notice and had to make do. The area is central with easy access of 101 and 289.
