Welcome to Casa Buenaventura! Conveniently located a short walk to North Beach in BuenesAires, a nice, friendly neighborhood. This large family home is perfect for families or 3 couples traveling together! Add the additional separate entrance casita to the booking and have room for 2 more! Ask us if it`s available for your dates! Walking distance is Hotel Pescadero, dine or drink and they let you use the pool!
The house is two stories with the primary bedroom and ensuite bath on the second floor and two additional bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry on the bottom floor. The main floor has a wrap-around patio and access to the rooftop patio for views of the Sea of Cortez!
As our guest you have access to the whole property to include the backyard and the rooftop terrace.
**There may be guests in the casita who have access to the backyard as well. Please send an inquiry if you have questions about this.**
This is a wonderful neighborhood! Walking distance to 3 restaurants and a small tienda. There is a hotel one block behind us that allows you to use the pool when you dine or drink at their restaurant! Walk 1/4 mile, maybe and have your toes in the Sea of Cortez!
You will want a vehicle, car or ATV, to explore town and experience the local dining options. Walking distance is the beach with Amigo`s bar and grill. Seasonally October-April enjoy the food carts within walking distance.
When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power, water and internet outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved. We have provided extra water for drinking to get you started, there are water swap stores in town for a very affordable fee.
Always keep gates and fence doors CLOSED. The livestock are free range here and will make a feast in the yard. They also love the garbage cans and can make quite a mess!!
Please ALWAYS turn the AC off or set it to 30 when you are not in the house.
