amenities and organization

Very adorable place but not quite ready to be rented yet. Items filthy: shower curtain, sofa (didn't use). Sheets were pilled and not tucked in properly. Bathroom towels were stained and old: 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths & NO bath mat. No hooks to hang wet towels. For safety hand rails in shower. Kitchen: Pots & pans just thrown in cabinet & had to wash, no toaster, 1 complete plastic bowl with lid. 3 lids without bowels, cookie sheet for oven crusted black. No scour pad to clean anything. All full size appliances(nice), but needs shelves for personal food. Bottom drawer of stove was full of food crumbs. So much potential for this newly renovated place. Kitchen counter needs instruction sheet for check in/out, how to work AC/Heat, local phone # for fire department & police etc

It could be cleaner

The place could be great if it was kept clean. The bathroom was very dirty.i washed the bath rugs because they were so dirty.i also washed the bed quilt which was to small for the bed and the shams. The bathroom shower rod wras ripped off the wall And hanging on top of the shower edge so the shower curtain was dangled in the tub and filthy.Also no extra blanket only 2 towels and no toaster. Also found a cockroach in the kitchen And bathroom.

Location was perfect. Close to dining and shopping. Unit was exactly as described. Quiet area, definitely booking again in the future

Nice home away from home. This had everything I needed to live comfortably, with dishes and everything needed to cook, no need to dine out.

A few minor issues, but overall a good property

We only stayed one night and weren't there very long, but it was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, so if you planned to stay and cook, you could certainly do that. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were not, and there was no extra bedding, so when the thermostat kept saying "temporary hold," and it was only 65 degrees in the unit, additional blankets would have helped. In the morning, we were cold and there was no shampoo or soaps for the shower, so we just left. I would hope the host would communicate and be attentive to those things for anyone who would be staying there any longer than we did.

Very Nice accommodations

Very clean, well appointed. Comfortable bed and spacious. Love the electric flame fireplace and convenient washer and dryer.

Great Place

Beautiful place and very convenient! Quiet!! Just needed more than one wash cloth. Was told there was a basket full in closet. Wasn’t. Found one extra one on floor in closet. Beware water lines are backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. Great stay though!

Great place in an even better location. Lots of restaurants near by and also close to the lake. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Hosts are amazing. Enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again next time we visit.
