Great communication and smooth check in process! Our host, Lynn, was very responsive and offered great recommendations for restaurants and fishing. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Lynn was very responsive and easy to rent from. The condo was clean, organized, and beds were comfortable. My teen and I came up for the weekend to ski at Nubs Nob and loved how close and views of the lift.

Fantastic guest! The unit was left incredibly tidy and well cared for. Communication was great, and they were especially understanding when our plow service unexpectedly didn’t show up — which I truly appreciated. We would absolutely welcome them back anytime. We spent a long weekend at Lynn’s property with our family of 3. The property was absolutely perfect for my husband, myself and our infant. The condo was spacious enough for us to spread out and be comfortable but gave all the cozy vibes. It was so clean and smelled clean too. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was well organized and easy to find. Lynn was friendly and quickly responsive via the VRBO messaging. Check-in and check-out was so simple. We highly recommend this property to anyone spending time in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. We are not skiers, but this is the perfect property for skiers/snowboarders visiting Nubs Knob. There is a front row view to the ski lift out the front but has nice privacy with the woods in the back.

Lynn was great to work with. Her place was very nice and clean; she even came over to help us with the Wi-Fi that wasn't working properly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Guest did not check in, enter the property, or stay overnight. She initially stated that she could not locate the property, then later chose not to stay and made comments about its condition without ever going inside. We were available to assist, but the property was never given an opportunity to be experienced.
