Views that cant be beat! Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning on your balcony, endless ocean views during the day and a sunset over the bay in the evening from the front balcony! Golden sands resort offers so many amenities you wouldn't need to leave if you didn't want! A outside pool with a tiki bar, a lounge deck, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach volleyball court, a snack shop, deli, ice cream shop and all adjoining with the beach and ocean just steps away! Also a arcade, a indoor pool, sauna, game room and gym all in the penthouse overlooking the ocean! Happy Hour with live entertainment is offered many nights a week at the tiki bar on the pool deck!

Enjoy our renovated condo in the prestigious Golden Sands condo building. The unit is spacious, comfortable and can sleep 4. A comfortable king bed in the bedroom with a view of the bay, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, You will have fresh sheets and linens and comforters are cleaned between each rental. Air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, high speed internet, smart tv with cable and dvd player are all some of the amenities in the condo! Kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook a full meal if you desire!

In the evening enjoy all Ocean City has to offer with many restaurants nearby and if you choose to head down to the boardwalk, bus service stops right outside the condo building! Check out the chamber of commerce link for all theres to do in OC!

*Golden Sands will charge a $75 amenity/parking fee at check in which will give you a parking and amenity pass. If you need more then one parking spot you can buy one from them for $20.

*A $300 damage deposit is taken and is automatically refunded 13 days from check out if there is no damage.
NOTE: The building is a non smoking building including inside our unit and on the balcony.

We thoroughly enjoyed all that this condo had to offer. The views were spectacular and the location is great. The host was responsive when needed. The bed was comfortable. We had a good experience but our first impression of the condo was that we wished the floors were mopped before we arrived and that the glass throughout the condo was wiped down.

Already booked again for next year

We have been going to ocean city for the past several years. Last year we stayed in another unit in the Golden Sands and fell in love with all the accommodations the building offers. This year we found a different unit and it was perfect! Great parking spot right along the cart path to the beach, comfortable king sized bed and couch, great balcony, and clean! Everything was so great we already reserved the same unit for next summer and plan to do the same for years to come!

This condo was my family's vacation home for summer and we absolutely loved it as it provided everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The view from the condo's balcony was breathtaking!! The perfect place to observe sunrise and sunset when we weren't on the beach...so we spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals and we loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed the many wonderful amenities available at the Golden Sands Resort, including the pool, Tiki bar, ice-cream shop and games room. We didn't use the beach volleyball, tennis or pickleball courts, but they were available as options for those interested, so it felt like there was always something to do. Since it was our first time visiting Ocean City, we explored the many local attractions - parasailing with OC Parasail was the highlight of our week but we also enjoyed kayaking and seeing the wild horses at Assateague State Park. The milkshakes and sundaes at Dumser's Dairyland were absolutely delicious; Nick's House of Ribs, Ropewalk, Fish Tales and Fager's Island were all FANTASTIC restaurants! And of course, my sugar-loving son was in heaven in both Candy Kitchen and Sugar Planet. All in all, a wonderful trip, from start to finish! The owner, Christina provided excellent directions and support before and throughout our visit and so, we look forward to returning here when next we visit OC.

Overall our stay was very good. The location and amenities were great. One area in need of of improvement is the couch. The pull out couch needs to be replaced because the mattress/ bar underneath is bent. Unfortunately, not a very comfortable sleep for my daughters. A suggestion for improvement is to possibly provide a Kerig Coffee maker to guests for quick convenience in the morning. The linens and towels being provided were a plus. Thank you...We enjoyed our stay.

Great location awesome views!

The location was very convenient and the beach views were amazing! We had some awesome moons at night and watched a beautiful sunrise. The hotel had a ton of amenities which was great. The only negative was the mattress in the bedroom was not very comfortable and I wish the sheets and comforter were a bit softer and nicer. The place was good enough but needs a little updating, or TLC I would say. The view from the living room was amazing but the sun was very bright during the day & made the place hot bc there were no blinds on the sliding door. We were able to check in a little early so that was nice and the owner messaged me right back very quickly. Would recommend and go back for sure!

Minimal and I say minimal accommodations. The entire unit has not been updated or touched since circa 1985. The furnishings and kitchen utensils are garage sale specials. The building is wildly outdated and the elevators and Wi-Fi are horrendous. Check google for ratings on Golden Sands, a lot to learn.

Units views were very nice. Unit was not cleaned prior to arrival . Sand was everywhere, tv had hand prints from child from whatever child was eating, mirrors dirty, microwave dirty balcony had 1 chair,etc. would not recommend renting this unit

Let us start with the kitchen, hodge podge with nothing, one fry pan and one pot. health emergency MOLD where food can be stored. The iron setting near glass is a disaster waiting to happen. The sofa bed is drooping on the floor. No comfortable sitting. The bed mattress cannot cannot be described other than garbage. You represent this mess, obviously no standards at all. A rebate should be had. There will be no return. I will continue with the V company. I do not see this appearing on your sight. A absolute disaster!

A few issues

The maintenance on this condo has not been kept up. The shower door was stuck so we could not enter the shower at all. When maintenance tried to fix it the door shattered. Maintenance provided a shower curtain which worked but we had to be careful not to touch the other shower door in case it also shattered. The electric stove burner caught on fire when we boiled a pot of water on it. We were able to put the fire out with water and then aired out the condo. The blinds on the left side of the balcony could not be opened because one of the wands had broken off. The location right on the beach was great and the layout of the condo was fine. The check in was easy until you got to the elevators. For a building with 22 floors there were only 4 elevators making the wait very long as many people were checking in at the same time.
