Le condo se trouve sur la plage à quelques mètres de l'océan dans l'Indian River Plantation Resort. This is a beautiful oceanfront rental. It was well equipped and immaculate. I would highly recommend it for an oceanfront stay.

Spectacular view!

Comfortable condo with a wonderful balcony looking over the pool and out at the ocean. Bathroom is on the smaller size and limited space in the bedroom for suitcases, but neither of these things affected our stay. Lovely week on Hutchinson Island.

Winter Getaway

The location of this ocean front property was great! The bed linens need to be replaced as do the two beach chairs which were a struggle to open and close. No problem with any other aspects of this rental. Owner responded promptly to our inquiries.

Winter getaway

This was our second year in a row staying in a unit at Spoonbill. This is a great place to get away during the cold Midwest winter months. The Hutchinson Island/Stuart area is not nearly as crowded as other Florida destinations that don't have anymore to offer than it does. Everything you need is within a 10-15 minute drive. This one bedroom unit was the perfect size for two of us, and obviously the ocean view is a big plus. We hope to be back!

Wonderful!

Beautiful beach and condo. The location of the condo is perfect, and the beach access is awesome. The kitchen is well equipped, and the balcony chairs are the best to sit in a read a book or look at the ocean. The beach in this area is filled with wonderful shells, and there are wonderful restaurants around the area. The locals are so very nice and the permanent residents are delightful. Thank you for a wonderful spring break.

Second visit

The property is located in a great location. View of the ocean is spectacular. Many good restaurants to visit within a few minutes drive. The bathroom in all the single condos in the two buildings is very small. Nothing to keep you away from this condo, but can be an issue with larger visitors. Overall, great vacation.

Beautiful ocean view & sounds

These condos are in a perfect area. This is the second unit we've stayed here. This particular unit was very nice. All furnishings well appointed. No washer & dryer to use in the unit but coin units just down the outside hall. Pool was very nice but we visited the ocean mainly. I would suggest new beach chairs & umbrella. Nice to have without bringing your own. Love Stuart with nice shops and restaurants. Found a restaurant down A1A that was close by too.

Amazing getaway

We loved our stay. The view of the beach from the balcony is breathtaking, and it is just a 2 minute walk from the front door to the sand. The living room is spacious and also offers a great view.

Beach heaven

We had a wonderful week on this beautiful spot. The condo is lovely, quiet and comfortable - it was perfect for us. We slept like babies in the comfortable bed and awoke to the sparkling blue ocean every morning. The owner couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. Loved it!

Bed Bugs - Sand Flees - Bedroom Window

We encounter a couple of issues. The bedroom window is on the outside where the hallway is and the blind did not cover all of the window, so we had to tack up a beach towel because people walking by could see in. The other issue we had was either bed bugs and or sand flees. Our legs were covered. Since we had guests down at the pool for a cookout that did not encounter the same thing I am assuming they are in the room.

We most certainly do not have bed bugs in our condo! I stay there myself and there are not and never have been any bed bugs, sand fleas or vermin of any sort whatsoever. Our condo is immaculate in every way as is often commented upon in our nearly universal 5 star reviews. Our unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after each guest and we have pest control service that also inspects and maintains as needed for the entire building as well as the interior of each unit. Most likely you encountered a pod of jelly fish larvae, sometimes referred to by Floridians as "sea lice" when swimming in the ocean, or ran into sand fleas, no-see-ums or ants walking barefoot outside or on the beach. Any of these things would cause the reaction you described. I am sorry you had a privacy concern with the blind. We have replaced the blind with elegant plantation shutters so this will not happen again. We will post photos of our beautiful new shutters soon in the photos section of our listing.

Idyllic beachfront condo with a “knock your socks off” view.

Condo sitting right on the edge of the ocean with steps leading to beach. Pool is a good size. Parking is right in front and adequate for the,building. Condo is tastefully decorated and has well equipped kitchen. INdian River Plantation is a lovely resort area that is close to all that Stuart and Hutchinson Island have to offer.
