Our apartment homes are equipped with a smart lock, doorbell camera and an in unit security system. Situated in a prime Greensboro location, you're just minutes away from hospitals, shopping, dining, and major highways, making it an ideal choice for those on the go.

Lease terms are 30 days or more with a 14 day required notice to vacate policy. Pets must be approved in advance and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be due at lease signing. Our apartment and the premises is non-smoking and there is absolutely no smoking in the apartment or on the porch balcony. The facility will issue a fine for smoking in unauthorized areas. Tenants will be issued a FOB to access amenities on the premises. Tenants are responsible for the replacement of any lost FOBs or keys. All Tenants will be asked to complete a background and credit check to verify identity.

Our guests will have full access to the entire unit minus a supply closet. Guest will be able to use all facility amenities and will have access to a mailbox and secure package delivery during their stay.

There is free unassigned parking on the premises and guest will be issued a parking pass and a key fob for entrance to the community gate and other facilities.

We will not be located on the premises but guests will be able to contact us via a phone call or messaging during their stay.

All units are subject to inspection and treatment (pest control, air filter changes, emergencies .etc) by property management that is scheduled in advance with each guests.
