This condo is direct ocean front. The complex has a heated community pool with lounge chairs, BBQ area and picnic tables for you to use. Conveniently located to many attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA!



The Space:

This second floor, corner unit has a full kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar and living room. Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. As well as basic kitchen utensils. Ocean front bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has two queen bunk beds. Main bath has walk in shower, second bath has tub/shower combination. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA!

Located on 24th Ave South in Crescent Beach section of NMB.

Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA!

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
