Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2). The spacious 13.5'x11' bedroom features a walk-in closet for ample storage. The master bedroom is down the hall from the kitchen, where you will find a big walk-in closet along with the full bathroom right across the hallway.
Living Room: Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Welcome to Southern Breeze at Indian Lake, a welcoming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo in the middle of Destin, Florida. This condo is in the Indian Lake community, close to the beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, the condo has a bright and open layout with high ceilings and big windows that let in lots of light. The living room is a comfy place to relax, and there's a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or just relax.

The completely renovated 10'x8' kitchen boasts of new and spacious cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The kitchen (with breakfast bar) should have everything you need!

Turn north onto Indian Bayou Trail from Hwy 98, at the roundabout, take the second exit to continue on Indian Bayou Trail, turn right at the main entrance to Indian Lake onto Dancing Cloud Court; follow towards the right and building 4030 is at the back of the complex on your right building 10 unit 342

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
