Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was well equipped for our stay. I live locally but had family in town around the holidays. We enjoyed the heated pool and the fabulous views. I will definitely book this building again in the future. The property manager was easy to communicate with and gave timely responses. Just book the condo, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was spotless! The view was amazing! The kitchen was stocked well & met our needs! The master bedroom was nice & roomy. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Would have liked a walk in shower. The balcony was nice with the taller table so we weren’t having to look through the rails! All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Fabulous Family Getaway

The property was absolutely wonderful for our family! The balcony was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the beach. The rooms were large, and the beds in the guest room gave everyone their own space. We will definitely be back. It was perfect!

Everything I was Looking For!

This property was just as advertised and perfect for my family. The condo building is not as big as some of the ones around it so the beach was not overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Has everything you need. Perfect location to all shops and restaurants. Host was easy to contact before trip to answer questions. We want to go back next year and if this condo is available we will be booking it.

Your Assistant at the Beach is a phenomenal property management company- Carolyn and Erica are wonderful to work with. Room was very clean and neat - plenty of kitchen and bath towels. Only negative is the lighting in primary bedroom and bath...not enough in bathroom and did not care for the fixtures in bedroom. BUT would still stay if that is the only room available. Love this place!

We cook a lot while on vaca and would love to have a better selection of pans and tools in the kitchen. The lighting in the master bedroom was not good, maybe a different design set of lamps would be better. Massive tv in living room which everyone loved. The grounds were kept very clean. The addition of the free umbrella set up was nice. My family also enjoyed the borrow bin near the pool. Such a great idea for those leaving to leave floats, boogie boards and sand toys for others to enjoy. I would absolutely recommend this property for a stay. The contact and response with Carolyn at Your Assistant at the Beach was very prompt.

Each child had their own bed (plus a spare)! We were presently surprised at the size of the condo, it was bigger than we thought it was going to be by looking at the pictures. If we come back to Destin we would definitely book this condo again!

Destin Vacation at Breaker’s east

We enjoyed our stay at the Breakers East. We Loved the beach and the area. The beach views from the balcony were amazing. Carolyn and Erica were very helpful and will respond to my emails or text promptly. Couple things that we Didn’t like from our stayed were the wifi, AC and TV connection.many kids were not aavailable blue to play their tablets in their room, TVs will not connect many times and AC was already set to a temperature you could not adjust it. This condominium it’s very expensive to be having problems like the ones I mentioned. We loved the beach! Thanks

Not Clean

The smell of mold was awful. It made the majority of my party sick with allergies and sore throats. No detergent was on the property. Bed sheets felt grimy and had a smell of body oil. The floors were disgusting even before we ventured to the beach. People that run the chairs company for the condos were rude and unaccommodating. They give special attention to owners and make renters sit in the second row. The worst stay I have ever had in Destin.

We have been renting at Breakers East for over 20 years. Its location is perfect for us, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Beach service has always been excellent. Through the years the units have aged and been renovated so be careful with the age of the latest redo. This trip the grounds and common facilities were definitely showing their age. The elevators were never very fast but now one was out of service (would have been nice to know before we rented) making coming and going painful. The the lobby area, gates to the beach were dirty and worn (with cracked tiles and soiled surfaces). One tennis court has been replaced with two pickle ball courts (smart move) and the parking lot and entrance gate area remain in good shape and well lit. We love the property but it needs some updates.

Nice location...right on the main drag

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They only had one elevator working which made it a nightmare trying to get an elevator. The king size bed is terrible. Wished the king bed was memory foam like the other bed room. The shower/tub in the king bedroom was plugged. Took water forever to run water out of the tub. Didn't receive the number of items in the condo that was listed on the reservation list so we had to go to the store. The condo itself is good size. Very roomy. Liked the bar table and stools on the balcony. Can look over the balcony right to the water. Did like they had a code for you to input to get on the property from the beach. We had a late flight coming home and the beach chair people wouldn't let us have chairs that morning/afternoon before our flight since that was check out day even though we were out of the condo.They had hardly any chairs/umbrellas set up that day so we knew they had plenty of chairs for us. We did get two chairs and an umbrella with our rental which was nice. Can walk to Dunkin' Donuts or Chick Fil-a and the nice restaurants are just a short drive to any of them. Grocery store close by. If you have a bad back and plan on staying in the king bed room I would not stay here. The bed is that bad.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and the condo is situated right on the beach. Updated finishes throughout. Other than the amazing view, what we enjoyed most was the space and layout of the condo. Every room was spacious with tons of counter space in the kitchen! Huge dining room table was another plus. Lots of extra pillows and bedding and very well stocked kitchen. The only negative was that we did see a few roaches during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
