Welcome to your fully private, 2 bedroom/1 ba furnished condo in a quiet and secure building. This peaceful place is designed for comfort and independence. Short walking distance to the Metra train stop which takes you into the city of Chicago! 10 min drive to Woodfield Mall; 15 min drive to Schaumburg Convention Center; 30 min drive to O'hare International Airport. Conveniently located near Schaumburg and easy access to major highways.

This building includes three fully independent condos. Each apartment is individually locked and fully private.
Your apartment features:
â A fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with a dining table and chairs
â Modern bathroom
â Private living room
â Two bedrooms
â Wi-Fi: high-speed up to 500 Mbps
â Its own central heating and air conditioning system, controlled from inside the unit via a Google Nest thermostat

Bright and peaceful second-floor apartment. The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes both a twin and a full-size bed. The unit is equipped with USB-A & USB-C charging ports for easy device charging. Relax in the living room with a 65-inch Sony Smart TV and enjoy a beautifully remodeled bathroom. Stay comfortable with a newer central heating and air conditioning system, controlled from inside the apartment via a Google Nest thermostat. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, including a digital air fryer, toaster, blender, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, 12-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, crock-pot, cookware, dishes, spices and more.
The host resides on-site in a separate, fully private apartment, allowing guests to enjoy complete independence while knowing help or local recommendations are always nearby if needed.

âą Guests may park up to two vehicles in the left lane of the driveway only, keeping the middle and the right lanes clear at all times.
Mail & Packages:
âą Mail and packages can be delivered directly to the apartment's address. Packages are left by the front door for your convenience.
Shared Spaces:
âą A coin-operated washer and dryer are conveniently located in the building's common area for use by the two second-floor residences.
âą The backyard offers a shared outdoor retreat available to all units.
