Location was great. Very close to downtown. The host was very prompt in responding to a question I had about the tv and even stopped by promptly when I couldn’t solve my issue. And it was resolved. The house was clean and the shower was awesome

Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the train station for a trip to the city and easy driving distance to local restaurants. Eden’s house had all the amenities we needed with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The front porch was a real bonus too! We would definitely stay again.

Cute and nicely restored vintage home. A very homey feeling. . The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is perfect to walk into downtown Wheaten which has lots of quaint restaurants and coffee houses.

A few things could have been better

When we got there, we were not able to get the door code to work. Messaged host first thru vrbo messaging the host. Waited about 30 minutes and also called the host and left a message. Finally able to get in. Inside was nice but the landscaping left a lot to be desired. Full of weeds. The patio furniture was shoved in a corner behind the garbage and recycling containers. It would have been nice for that to be set up so we could enjoy in the end of July. Vacuum was left out after cleaning in the middle of the bedroom. Wanted to cook breakfast but limited pans to use, all very small.

Great location! Old Wheaton charm. Perfect for a couple. Rather steep stairs for my 90 year old mother. Host very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely, renovated house very close to downtown Wheaton. The finish is even better then shown in photos, and the rooms are perfectly sized. It has a great front porch, which gets nice breezes even on hot days. My son loved that you can see the train tracks from the sidewalk in front of hte house!

Wonderful Stay in Wheaton

We visited our son who is a student at Wheaton. The close location and fully stocked home made for a wonderful long weekend. We loved the finishing touches and attention to detail at the property.

Such a gift 


We loved our stay and all the special touches. Charming home - so light and airy, just a sense of welcome, calm and beauty. Our 1-night stay was a girls night (well we are four 50 year. We loved sitting together in the glow of the fireplace insert (not really a fireplace by the sense of one) and laughing till the wee hours. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen with a stunning master bath and pretty artwork hung on walls
we noticed so many details. The stained glass transforms just made it so stunning. We loved our stay so much!! Thank you for creating such a special place/sanctuary for your guests.

Wheaton College Parents/Siblings

We stayed here while in town visiting our son who attends Wheaton College. It is so close and convenient. Cute house. My only suggestion is that you switch to an unscented washing machine detergent. The towels and sheets made our whole family sneeze due to the strong fragrance. They smelled clean, just too strong.
