Five Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms.

4600 sq ft of indoor space (all with central AC/heat)

Our house sleeps 12 comfortably.

We have a "formal" dining room, as well as a breakfast dining area in the kitchen.

Our half-bathroom has a urinal. Not sure if that's a "feature" per se, but its unique.

Excellent communication from the host! The location, property and amenties were better than advertised, and we would definitely stay there again next time we are in Gainesville.

Booked this property because it was so close to U of F. and made it easy to get to campus. The property was amazing and will certainly stay here again if we choose this university!!

Graduation celebration

Our family celebrated one of our own who graduated with his MBA. The house was just as described. It was comfortable and roomy and so convenient to campus.

Perfection

Clean, spacious, and well appointed. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We had 3 families stay here and let me tell you space was never an issue. The kitchen was stocked with every utensils and pan one could ever need. The location of the home is absolutely perfect, with plenty of parking and outdoor space. Communication from the owner could not have been any better. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. Thank you John!!!

Great Location and Excellent Property Manager

We could not have been happier with this house. We found this house last minute due to an issue with my previous booking. John, the property manager and owner, was very attentive to our needs. The house was just as described - 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a great location, about 3 or so blocks to the stadium. The house is very spacious and very well maintained. It was clean, and nicely decorated. It has a grill, which we used, an icemaker which was a huge plus for us. We did not have to be buying ice. It has all of the kitchen appliances you can ask for (a crockpot, an airfryer, a keurig, a regular coffee maker, a toaster, and I'm sure I'm missing a few others). There were enough place settings and enough utensils for our group of 6. At one point, the internet went down, and John reached out to us to understand the issue, without our contacting him. The fact that he reached out and we did not have to chase him, was so refreshing. He was at the house right away to resolve the issue for us. We greatly appreciated the fact that he took the initiative and that we did not have to chase him. I would definitely recommend this house.

Way more then I expected

This house was amazing!!!! I dont know where to start. We booked for my daughter's 18th birthday to have out of town family stay As well as host a birthday dinner for her on Saturday night. Check in was a breeze. The house was way bigger then expected, the pictures do not do it justice. The beds were extremely comfortable. All this was amazing but what put this home over the top was the host. When the family got there Saturday night a few of the boys wanted to play basketball in the driveway. We could not find the ball. I messaged John where we could find it. I then ran up to Publix (which was 5 min down the street) When i got back there was a bag on the front porch from Dicks sporting goods. I assumed that one of the aunt's or uncles that were there decided to purchase a ball for the kids. When I asked no one knew where it came from. I looked back at my messages.John had responded to my message. He said he was very sorry that he had not replaced the basketball before our arrival and had one sent over with instacart. I was floored, this went above and beyond any house we have stayed in. 5 Stars rent this house if you can. s do
