This charming rustic farmhouse is situated on five acres and offers exceptional amenities to help you create unforgettable memories. It is centrally located and is just seven minutes from Oaklawn Race Track. It has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, an office, a game room with a pool table, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and its very own private indoor heated salt water swimming pool.
**Master Bedroom: King Size Bed and a Queen Size Futon w/ 58" TV; **First Guest Room: Twin Bunk Beds; **Second Guest Room: Queen Size Bed w/50" TV; **Office: Twin Bed (This room is located by the indoor pool and has heating but no air, only fans.) w/55" TV; **Living Room: Sofa (Not a Sleeper) and a Queen Size Air Bed w/55" TV; **Kitchen: 75" TV.

Mick's Ranch features a large 20 x 40 concrete indoor salt water heated pool. We offer two outdoor patio areas; the upper patio area is around 1400 sq. ft. with tables and umbrellas and can seat 26 people. It has an awesome view of the country side, Mick's big beautiful red barn, and of Mt. Riante. The lower patio area is around 400 sq. ft. and can seat 15 people. It is covered and is partially surrounded by Mick's gorgeous roses. It also has a gas grill for you to cook with. All areas have access to listening to your favorite music with its own surround sound. We also have a fire pit and your very own wishing well. It is beautiful during the daylight hours but come nightfall all the delicate lighting comes on and transforms it into a romantic paradise. There is nothing like this in Hot Springs!!

***Unfortunately, this property is not available to student groups. Families and those over 30 are welcome to book. Yes, you may have birthday parties, weddings, and family gatherings at Mick's Ranch as long it is approved by Management and only fifty guests attend.

NO "POP UPS" ALLOWED!


PET POLICY:
**We welcome well-behaved canine companions (two dogs allowed)(no weight limit) with a fee of $75 . Non-Refundable.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. Dogs are NOT allowed in the swimming pool.

PARKING:
**Is free and no problem for parties, inquire with Management.

SWIMMING POOL:
**Please note: For your safety, please remember that you use the swimming pool at your own risk. No running around the edge of pool, no glass containers allowed in pool area and no jumping off deck in pool area.

**Pool heat is by "REQUEST ONLY"
**You must give a 48 hour notice! Any shorter notice is not quaranteed !
**86 degrees is the maximum heat setting
**$75/day
**Must be heated for the duration of the stay
**Please do not Move or Rearrange Furniture

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check In: 3pm
Check Out: 11am

**We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is collected and securely placed in the large green
trash can located on the carport.

PARKING FOR BOATS/TRAILERS:
**Mick's Ranch has plenty of room to park your boat and trailer without a problem.

PARKING FOR HORSE TRAILERS:
**Mick's Ranch has plenty of room to park your horse trailer without a problem.

BOARDING HORSES:
**Mick's Ranch has horse stalls and pastures with shelters to board your horse.
