Waterfront! Firepit~3 King bedrms~playroom~kayaks~near restaurants

ON LAKE HAMILTON! Amazing location close to everything! Boats welcome! Firepit! Kayaks! 10 minutes to downtown! Comfortably sleeps 8. 3 KING beds, one in each bedroom, while kids/friends may enjoy the 2 futon sleepers & additional fold out twin in the ottoman in the sunroom/funroom! Sunroom can sleep 3-4 smaller people! Firepit, Charcoal Grill, Pacman Arcade game, cornhole & board games! Fun! We have two separate living areas so everyone has room to spread out in our designer mid century modern (mcm) vibe home.

You won't find a more convenient location in the area. We're less than 2 miles from I-70 and only 3 miles to Oaklawn Racing and Gaming! Starbucks, Walmart, Kroger and lots and lots of shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes of the house.

Have a boat? You can can launch it just around the corner at Hot Springs Marina - only 1/2 mile away! Dock tie-up in season: March - October. Plenty of parking for a trailer in our circle driveway.
Don't have a boat? Pontoon rentals are also available at the marina. Or enjoy our two kayaks - free for our guests to use during your stay along with water toys! *Winter pool is November to March with lower water levels & no boat docking at rear of home during winter pool. *In summer pool season, Average sized boats (pontoon/bass/fish & ski) may tie up to the walkout/tie up dock-(not the slip) boat questions? Just ask us!

Kids will LOVE our sunroom/family room with two enormous "Big Joe" bean bags and vintage board games & Pacman Arcade too! The grown ups will love the covered back deck with patio seating, a swing for 2, large grill and awesome views of the water. Relax in the Adirondack chairs around the firepit & make your own s'mores! Perfect spots for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine under the stars.

note: one of the futons is in the master bedroom, the other 2 futons (each sleep one) plus the twin foldout bed are all in the sunroom

The home was clean, roomy. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The location feels secluded but it's close to everything! They even decorated for Christmas!

This is a great location if you like the lake and also want convenience of going into Hot Springs. It’s a cute place in a quiet neighborhood, and the backyard was great for the doggies. Would stay there again!

This house is amazing! It is located in a relaxed and quiet neighborhood and is a short drive from several shopping/grocery stores and is 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 elementary school aged children. The sunroom in the back was ideal for the kids who enjoyed watching tv and lounging on the giant bean bags in the evenings. The use of the kayaks was an added bonus, the kids had a great time and the quiet inlet provided a safe space for them to paddle around. We had a pleasant stay at the Retro Ranch!

Retro Ranch was comfortable, convenient, and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes, and pots and pans. Convenient to the marina and a short drive to town. Had a great stay!!!

Check in was great. The home is "retro" and has not been updated in most of the areas, but is clean and well kept and functional! There is a stackable washer and dryer that work great, glass stove top, modern oven that is small, dishwasher that are all great. The game room was awesome--my boys loved to have their space, while the living room/sitting room was great to read and get lots of natural sunlight while staying cool. The bedrooms all had big beds, which my crew appreciated. The beds were very soft and comfortable. Bathrooms were small, but functional and clean. The electrical system is old school, but there were adapters in the kitchen drawer to help with that. There were also box fans (we are box fan people for sleep) that were provided. the outdoor area was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The water area in the cove is VERY shallow, so not ideal for swimming. The kids loved the kayaks provided and took off for the larger area of the lake. We loved the quietness of the area, while being very close to the city centre. Jennifer was SO kind and mailed our forgotten pillow back to us. We loved our stay!

Very clean, fun and homey atmosphere. All accomodations met. We purchased extra toilet paper since there wasnt much extra.We also rented a boat down at the marina. Its a little hard to swim in the back. Very shallow and there was a lot of trash in the water. Kids enjoyed all the games and outdoor activities. Besides the swimming, the vent in the master bath sweats a lot above the toilet so water dripped down to the floor. We put a towel down so it would catch it. We would recommend.

Such a great house and it was perfect for our family of six. It was bigger than it seemed in person! Loved the retro decor, comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed the fire pit area, swing, covered patio and kayaks. Plenty of room to play games inside and out! Good communication with the host. Close to grocery store and activities. We all had a great time and look forward to staying here again!

Lakeside Retreat

The house was exactly as listed and was the perfect getaway for our family Spring Break! My parents arrived first and sent me a text saying "the house is awesome" followed a little later by "these are my people, there is a frosted glass in the freezer!" The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again!
