Relax with coffee on the front patio, stargaze from the hot tub, 4-6 person sauna, and gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings and s`mores. Just 27 miles from Zion! Super close to other parks, reservoirs, and outdoor adventures. A tranquil setting combines peace with proximity to town. Your perfect escape awaits!

Four Bedrooms: A king bedroom with a dedicated desk space, two cozy queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two full bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. Featuring Pottery Barn linens.
2.5 Bathrooms: Designed for convenience and comfort. Equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, and hand soap from Public Goods.
Well-Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with a coffee bar that includes K-cups, teas, sugars, and syrups, ensuring a delightful start to your day.
Located just 27 miles from Zion National Park and close enough to explore other national parks (118 miles to Grand Canyon North Rim, 130 miles to Bryce NP), 20 miles to reservoirs for paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and swimming, and outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading all around, this tranquil setting combines peace with proximity to town. We are just 15 minutes in either direction to the closest grocery stores. There is a gas station and coffee/ice cream shop around the corner for your last minute needs.
With enough advanced notice, we will be happy to set the house and hot tub to your desired temp upon arrival. Just let us know what time you expect to be there!
You will have access to the entire house and property. There are two locked sheds that you will not have access to.

No open flames are allowed indoors or outdoors, except in the designated outdoor fire pit.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
Fireworks are illegal in the town of Apple Valley. Lighting fireworks may result in a $1,000 fine issued by the town. This rule is strictly enforced for the safety of the home, guests, and surrounding land.

No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, please use proper disposal and be fire-conscious.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful setting. No parties or events without prior approval.

Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture without permission.
Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed in your reservation (maximum occupancy per town ordinance is 10).
Please report damages. We understand that accidents happen â as long as it wasnât intentional and depending on the severity or cost, weâll always do our best to handle it reasonably. We just appreciate the opportunity to make things right before the next guest arrives.
