WHAT TO EXPECT:
✦ The cabin is NOT heated inside and is therefore seasonal, only available from late spring to early fall.
✦ The route to the cabin is all main roads, but not completely isolated on its own. You should expect to hear and see other people at neighboring cabins and people on the lake during good weather.
✦ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it.
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments

PERSONAL AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
The digital lock is wifi capable. You will have your own code that is sent to you within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor space includes Adirondack chairs, the BBQ, and the boat dock on the water.

PARKING:
There is parking available in the front of the cabin. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is two (2).

THE DRIVE:
The area is highly affected by traffic trying to reach the Sagamore and Bourne Bridges to access Cape Cod. We highly recommend planning your driving travels according to peak traffic periods.
All roads to access the cabin are paved and do not require any special outfitting of tires or vehicles.
INTERNET:
There is wifi available throughout the home.

✦ Bedroom 2: Cabin main floor - 2 twin bunks
✦ Bedroom 3: Cabin main floor - Queen bed w/ views of the lake

BATHROOM:
✦ Bathroom 1: you must walk down the stairs outside from the living space to get to the bathroom downstairs. For bathing, the shower is outdoors in a stall around the corner from the entry to the kitchen.
