Experience the perfect getaway in this charming 2 bedroom upper level vacation rental located in the heart of Frigate Bay. Off road parking in front of the unit leads to the exterior stairs to the upper veranda offering views of the mature gardens and pool area. Entry to the unit is via sliding glass doors with screens which provide light and allow for the cooling tropical breezes. This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom rental is perfect for a relaxing vacation. With comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area, you'll feel right at home.
The open plan area offers a cosy sitting area with TV and a queen sized pull out sleeper couch has access to the large private veranda via a second set of sliding glass doors which feature screens. A kitchen area with electric stove and the usual appliances as well as a generous amount of crockery and essential items has a small moveable bar island which centers the space offering storage and cooking preparation areas. A separate buffet provides space for the coffee station and recharging of your electrical items.
The two bedrooms which are fitted with queen sized beds, both have ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a shower only and the 2nd bedroom has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms have vanity units with adequate storage space for personal items. The guest bedroom has a combo washer/dryer for your convenience. The development also has a separate laundry area featuring washers, dryers and line drying with tokens available from the on site office (additional charge)
The unit is fully air conditioned in all rooms and has ceiling fans and screens in all windows and exterior doors. The large private patio overlooks the mature gardens providing an ideal space to relaxation and enjoy your environs.
Enjoy access to a well-maintained community pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days and socializing with other guests. Island Paradise offers a community BBQ and pool area, direct beach access and is a convenient walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. beaches and taxi stand you will have everything you need right on your doorstep. A coffee shop which offers breakfast and lunch (dinners on limited days), a convenience store which stocks essential items and fresh produce and a further restaurant are all on site with further grocery stores and hospitality outlets within walking distance.
