Enjoy Loveland like a local. Stay right in the middle of downtown—steps from coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, shopping, and everything else Downtown Loveland has to offer. The 2nd floor loft is also the penthouse, so it's surprisingly quiet and filled with natural light.

The rooms are huge, the kitchen has everything you need to make a Sunday dinner. The oversized 2-person shower is the the stuff of spas. Enjoy air-hockey and the massage chair in the living room.

The patio offers easy access to sitting outside and enjoying the hummingbirds.

I give the host and place the highest compliment I can give by saying we would most definitely stay here again! Great layout, best stocked kitchen, very clean, plenty of towels and blankets, convenient location, massage chair, air hockey, etc. The kitchen was so well stocked that my wife was able to cook a full Thanksgiving Dinner!!!

This place was awesome. Our family is already talking about coming back and renting this property again. The tv was messed up and we had a new one within an hour, the hosts are amazing. The loft is super cool and spacious and location is within walking distance of anything you’d need. They built a dog area on the rooftop patio so you don’t have to worry about finding spots to take them out, that was a huge relief. And the massage chair is just the cherry on top. 10/10 can’t recommend enough! Thank you!

Golfing visit

The stay was absolutely amazing in every way. The check in process was seamless and easy. The location is perfect to walk and enjoy the fantastic food and beverage establishments. We had an awesome experience and plan to visit again soon to enjoy some more golf and relaxation.

The location was fantastic as there are many activities, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The loft was as promised and was actually bigger and better than expected! The air hockey table was fun for the whole family and we enjoyed the massage chair and relaxing in the hammock out on the patio. Legitimately the only concern we had was trying to park our pickup in the designated parking spot but we made-do just fine!

AMAZING STAY WITH SO MUCH SPACE!

We are quite picky and this rental surpassed our expectations. First, it is in a wonderful location in Loveland, walking distance to tons of coffee shops and restaurants. The off-street parking spot was a huge benefit. The actual unit had so much character and the owner put so many personal touches into making our stay wonderful. Slippers, cloth shopping bags, tons of kitchen supplies (coffee, snacks, etc). The air hockey table and massage chair were a big perk and made our stay a bit more fun. The space was so large, 2500sf, and high ceilings, so it felt so spacious. We would definitely rent here again if ever back in Loveland. Quite an amazing value for the rental rate!

Amazing property, amazing location!

We loved this downtown loft! From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love with it and could have stayed longer. In fact, we’re planning on returning this summer for a trip to RMNP, which is less than an hour away. Estes Park is also close. Downtown Loveland has so many good restaurants and other places to explore. The property itself was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the massage chair!

There aren't many city-style lofts in the area. Our building was built in 1905, and still has much of that original styling, with updates for our modern comfort.
