This well-maintained, spacious Kill Devil Hills rental is located in The Golden Strand condo development, centrally located to all the Outer Banks has to offer (7.5-mile marker). Hidden Ocean Gem is situated near the elevator, steps to the life-guarded beach where fishing is almost always in season, and just as close to the large private community pool that features a gated kiddie pool.
Aside from an amazing location, this condo unit offers plenty of natural light, accompanied by limited ocean views that are perfectly positioned for ocean sunrises. The spacious kitchen and open great room are perfect for gathering while cooking meals or relaxing in the living room. The great room's slider leads to a walkway deck with ocean views or catching an ocean breeze. The main king bedroom joins to a lock-out hallway, giving privacy to the main suite, while the hallway to the twin room has a separate bathroom as well as an open wet bar. The living room couch also pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa allowing for additional guest sleeping.
Hidden Ocean Gem provides welcoming decor and a wealth of amenities such as linens/towels, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, elevator and luggage lift, access to the free community laundry room, charcoal grilling station with picnic area, playground, basketball area, and free gym access to the Outer Banks Sports Club!
Being located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll be close to popular restaurants, grocery stores, golf (including miniature golf), two fishing piers (within a few miles), water sports, and the Cineplex, as well as a short drive to historic sites like the Wright Brothers Memorial (can be seen from condo), Bodie Island Lighthouse, and so much more!
This unit also uses a keypad lockbox entry, so you can check in directly at the complex! During peak season this is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. Off-season we have a four-night minimum with Sunday check-out. We purchased this condo to be close to our son and his family. The grandkids love spending time with us and enjoying the amenities. We like sharing our unit with others and since we visit often we keep a well-maintained vacation spot.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
The location in Kill Devil Hills is perfect! There are many restaurants and shopping opportunities in walking distance. Target is new to the neighborhood and although there are many local coffee shops, Starbucks is within a mile and fishing piers are within 1.5 miles. Right outside the complex is a walking path and you can go across the bypass where you can find bay drive and an exceptional bike path.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
A few main features we love is the proximity to the ocean, the pool, the elevator and laundry facility. The unit although a condo, is in the L shape of the building so unlike many condo/apartment or hotel rooms, you have windows all the way around to add plenty of natural light.
