Beach access is just 75 steps away from your doorstep. The living room boasts a new electric fireplace that provides warmth and charm, a Vizio smart TV, and a Vizio soundbar, while the master bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV.

The townhome features two large bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a scenic private deck, while the second bedroom sleeps three with a custom twin-over queen bunk bed.

The living room has a hide-a-bed couch, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with three stools and a dining room table that seats up to five people. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware and dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and all the gadgets you'd expect, such as a blender and an insta-pot. It also has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker.

We provide sheets and towels for all beds and bathrooms, as well as kitchen hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. You can find a washer and dryer in the first-floor garage, along with a shower for when you return from the beach.

The garage also houses beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for you to enjoy, and there are several bikes available for you to ride on nearby trails.

The Sea Dunes community offers a host of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball court, basketball court, game room, and fitness center. Please note that pool access is weather-limited, but it is generally open from the middle of May through the middle of October.

Great shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Hurricane Moe’s and The Black Pelican, I Got Your Crabs are an easy walk. We also recommend Bad Bean Baja Grill and Barefoot Bernie's, which are also close by.

Our goal is to make your stay as memorable as possible. Cleanliness is also one of our top priorities. After each guest departs, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the townhome in accordance with CDC guidelines to ensure it's ready for the next guest's arrival.

Your safety always comes first. If an official evacuation order is issued for the Outer Banks due to a hurricane, VRBO allows a full refund. If a storm is only in the forecast (but no evacuation is declared), our regular cancellation policy applies.

You will have access to the entire townhome including washer and dryer in the garage. The front door has keyless entry. The door code will be provided prior to your check-in-date. Check-In begins at 4pm. Check-Out is 10am.

Our three-story property is the perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable and stylish accommodation in Kitty Hawk. Please note that due to the stairs, this property may not be suitable for elderly or young children.
With two dedicated parking spaces, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your vehicle. The front door features keyless entry, and we'll provide you with the code prior to your arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
