Cottage Lakefront With A View!

Profitez de ce chalet confortable au bord du lac sur un petit lac privé avec une vue imprenable situé à environ deux miles au sud de Brighton, MI. Il dispose d'environ 1100 pieds carrés, un plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup de fenêtres. La grande salle a un plafond de volume avec un ventilateur et une cheminée. Salle à manger a une fenêtre d'image sur le pont et le lac au-delà. Cuisine complète est derrière la salle à manger et une blanchisserie complète autour du coin. Une chambre a un lit queen, la deuxième a un double. Troisième chambre est réservée pour le propriétaire de stockage.

Désolé ..... Non fumeur, pas d'animaux.

The owner, Paul, was very supportive and kept us informed. The cottage is on a country road with a beautiful view of the lake. It was quiet and serene. And the Michigan weather was amazing for October! Less than two miles from town for grocery shopping. We also saw a variety of wildlife, including squirrels, swans, geese, herons, and even a groundhog!

This place was perfect for a quiet vacation !

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful place. A family of swans greeted us upon arrival. The house is very clean and open. They have every thing you need at the house. Terrific for a family. Just bring clothes and food for a great time. I want to rent this place again !

This property was even better than I expected, and I expected a lot. It's very private. You cannot even see the neighbors from the lake side. This property met my needs perfectly.

Lake view

Wow what a view!! My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee in the morning and watching the wildlife. we saw Canadian geese, swans, . We had a wonderful stay. And would stay again. And our host made check in easy. And I new if I needed anything he was there. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house on a little lake

Great house on a little lake: The house was very clean comfortable and modernized. We visited this part of Michigan to go kayaking on the Huron River Trail. The house is very well located between various kayaking venues on the trail. It was also a very nice place to hang out and read when we had one day of rain on which we could not go kayaking. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this cottage by the lake. It was everything advertised and more. Host was gracious and accommodating, the cottage was roomy and comfortable and the location was the best. Very relaxing watching the swans and cranes, and kayaking was perfect. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you !!

A great view is understated!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental cottage. The view out the lakeside windows and deck is spectacular. The cottage is well stocked and the main areas (living room w/ fireplace, kitchen and dining room) are exceptional. The bed and bath areas are original 'cottage' size and decor. However, the high usage areas are more than the price of admission! Grand kids loved fishing from shore with plenty of good sized bluegill and lots of wildlife. We wanted to look at a return stay for 2020, but the popular spot is filled up already. Oh well, the owner (Paul) was easy to work with and ready to please. We believe we left the cottage in great condition for the renter that followed us. Thanks to Paul for a wonderful stay! Gary & Nancy Alamo, Tx.

Great little place to stay

The house was great. It was clean had plenty of room. Owner was great to answer any questions. A quiet place to just unwind and sit by the water. Close enough to stores and places to eat out if you want to. I would plan to stay again in the future.

Beyond our expectations!

Weekend/Holiday Getaway

We stayed here for 4 nights total. I can't say enough about the comfort/quiet/view/owner. The pictures on here depict a very clean home, which it was. However, what you miss in the online pictures is the openness of the home, the amount of natural light/view from the windows that overlook the lake....and the sculpted ceiling in the family room. The rooms are much bigger than they appear in the photos here. We utilized the fireplace each night, watched movies, visited the local downtown areas for shopping, visited the home's neighboring metropark (beautiful). The home was well stocked with necessities/extras and really everything you need but groceries. The owner was gracious and amazing to deal with. Sincerely couldn't have asked for a better location/stay. Thanks Paul!

Quaint home on the lake.

Home right on the lake. Well equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave. 2 available bedrooms. You can get to the kitchen without walking on the rug. Washer and dryer worked very well. Older decor but very clean.

Comfy cozy cottage!

We had an excellent time staying at the cottage. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 1 toddler. The house has a large living room with big windows that give way to a gorgeous view of the water, especially in the morning. The house was clean and there was nothing dangerous for our niece to get herself into, we felt very comfortable letting her have free range of the inside. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. We arrived after dark and had no trouble finding our way. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and very hospitable. We will be back!

perfect fall getaway for family of 5

This lovely little house provided the perfect Fall getaway for our family of 5. In the Fall we like to take a bike trip with our family (My wife and I and 3 children ages 5, 4, 2). We were riding from Ann Arbor and although the house is only 22 miles away by back roads it had the feeling of a remote destination due to the private road and pretty lake in the backyard. House is nicely furnished and well supplied with kitchen items and bathroom items. In addition Paul was very responsive (via text) to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommended.

What a gem!

This little house on the lake is absolutely ideal. Fun fishing From the backyard, quiet and peaceful, close to Ann Arbor. Couldn't ask for much more for a long weekend. The owner was supportive, responsive and made the stay easy from the get go.
