1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 3pm.
Check-out time is by 11am.

Please respect quiet hours from 11pm to 6am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

4. Guest Limit:
Only the registered number of guests are allowed to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

5. Parties and Events:
No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval.

6. Respect the Space:
Treat the property with care. Any damage, breakage, or excessive mess should be reported immediately.

7. Trash Disposal:
Please dispose of trash in designated bins.

8. Parking Rules:
Parking is available! please do not block driveways or sidewalks.

9. Safety Guidelines:
Ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving the property.
