«Sleepy Hollow», notre chalet familial sur le lac Chemung, offre une escapade parfaite au lac. PrÚs de Detroit, Ann Arbor et Lansing.

Le quartier est trÚs privé et calme.

Belle plage de sable fin. Regardez le coucher du soleil à partir du quai ou de la suite maßtresse perchée surplombant la cour et le lac. Le pont privé situé hors cuisine est parfait pour lire le papier au petit-déjeuner.

Nouveaux finitions intérieures, nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers, planchers de bois franc, boiseries douces de pins suédoises, entiÚrement équipées pour vos vacances. Capacité de huit personnes confortablement sur un lit double, 2 lits queen et 2 lits simples. Airbed également disponible. Apportez vos serviettes de plage, vos maillots de bain et vos jouets aquatiques (et les jouets enneigés en hiver) et vous détends.

The amenities were very good in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms in terms of chairs and bedding. The beds were all comfortable, and the house in general had everything needed and was very clean. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake.

The property was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all 6 adults! Would definitely stay again. The reason for the 4-star clean rating was just the downstairs bath room tile was moldy but, nothing a good scrub couldn’t fix! Communication was good and immediate once we arrived but a bit slow before the actual day we arrived. Still overall a five star cabin at the lake experience!

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Kitchen had everything we needed to have a couple family dinners. Enjoyed the fire pit by the lake in the evenings. The fans at the property were greatly appreciated too. All in all a nice stay.

Family vacation

The house was great and clean. It had everything you needed. The only two compliments was the grill was in really bad shape but we managed and the neighbors dog came over into the yard and attack our dog.

Charming Cottage

We really enjoyed out stay at Sleepy Hollow. The house was warm and inviting and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the large lawn and fire pit and were amazed how clear the water was. Very quiet area. Highly recommend.

Old friends spent four fabulous days at this property and loved every minute. House is perfect for the six of us and close to the golf courses.

Great stay!

Travelled with two young kids to the Great Lake house! I appreciated the close distance of the house to the lake and how shallow the water was. The water was warm and clear. Kitchen was great! Upstairs master bathroom looked like it had been remodeled with a nice walk in shower, toilet and vanity. The home had several box fans which was extremely helpful. The listing said it had a high chair but we could not find one. As a mom, my only suggestion would be to have some more kid proofing for the sliding upstairs windows and the front and back door. There was one baby gate here. The road is very quiet and not busy. Parking was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Lake Chemung

We love the lake and the view from the house. It was nice to have three kayaks. Our kids enjoyed the water. The beach is a little rocky, so water shoes would help. Parking for 3 Vehicles is good. The house is very comfortable and fairly well equipped. Our kids love the spinning white chair.

Fishing fun

Great location,fishing off the dock our youngest granddaughter caught a 3 pound big mouth bass also tons of bluegill. This is the third time we stayed here and intend to do so again next year.

Nice and Relaxing

Our cottage was very clean and had everything we needed .We enjoyed it very much, book it again for next year. We enjoy going to Brighton and Howell for dinner , golf close by, great course, fishing was great also

Great House

The house is much larger than the pictures show. 3 large bedrooms upstairs and a 4th downstairs with large dining room, kitchen and living room. The view is spectacular as it is right on the lake. Worked perfectly for our group. Owners are extremely responsive to everything. Would stay again if we needed to be in the area.

Family Holiday Trip

We booked this house as a last minute stay for the holiday. We had 3 adult siblings and our dad home for the holidays. This home was perfect for us! The bedrooms were spacious and everyone had their own designated place to stay since we used the sunroom as a bedroom. Everything in the kitchen was up to date which was really nice! Neighbors were super friendly and said hi to our dog as well. We loved staying here and hope to come back in the summer!

The house was well stocked in the kitchen and other supplies. The kids loved using the kayaks and caught a few small fish. House was clean, fireplace was cozy, and loved all the windows for views of the water!

Return to Michigan Family and Friends

We had a 5 day stay in the cozy lake house on Lake Chemung. The house had a warm friendly vibe. It was clean and well appointed. We felt right at home. Five heron were frequent visitors, rabbits hopped about in the morning, and we saw deer, chipmunks, and a raccoon. The yard was big, the shore sandy, the dock sturdy and long. Our neighbors were friendly, but respectful of our space. I loved sleeping by the huge windows overlooking the lake. I kept the blinds open so I could see the lake at night. It was so peaceful. It was well within driving distance to Ann Arbor. Everything we needed was close by, yet we felt the peace of the lake, nature ambiance. Wonderful place. So thankful I chose it.
