Welcome to Oakwood Lodge, a custom-built cabin in the woods with all the modern amenities of your home and a Golfer’s dream location. Hand made from real 14” in diameter logs, this cabin is a craftmans’ marvel. This single story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is conveniently located near 3 gorgeous golf courses and between Santa Ynez and Edna Valley wine countries. It’s just 15 minutes to Pismo Beach, 10 minutes to the quaint village of Arroyo Grande and 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo and Avila Beach. With perfect temperatures and a mild climate year round, the area is the reason people come to the Central Coast of California. It’s perfect for Snowbirds getting out of the cold, or dessert dwellers trying to cool down. Play on any of the 3 nearby golf courses: Blacklake Golf Resort (just 5 minutes away), Cypress Ridge Golf Course (10 minutes away) or Monarch Dunes Golf Club (5 minutes away).

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite bedroom features a California king bed sleigh bed, along with a comfortable seating area with a leather love seat and side chair and a full-size handmade work desk (for those that must work). The en suite bath has a deep soaker tub and a separate shower, a private water closet and a single vanity. The room is also equipped with a 55” SmartTV mounted on an arm that makes it viewable from any part of the room. There is also direct access to the back patio through a single French door.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a vaulted ceiling and 32” SmartTV. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds along with a 32” SmartTV.

An additional Queen air mattress is available should you need some additional sleeping space. Linens are provided.

Bathroom 2 has a stand-up shower /tub combination and single vanity. This bathroom serves as the bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 and the guest bath for all to use. Bathroom amenities and quality luxe linens are all provided.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
This home is very spacious and comfortable. Enter through the front door and you’ve landed in the giant great room. The living room has ample seating for 4 on the plush sectional sofa, along with two lounge chairs flanking the wood fireplace. Sit and enjoy the cool evenings while watching your shows on the 65” SmartTV or for the musically-included, belt out some of your favorite tunes on the upright piano or acoustic guitar, both there for your enjoyment.

Maybe pool is your game? Rack up a game or two on the pool table while sipping on your favorite brew or local varietal.

Enjoy a full sit-down dinner at the dining room table for 6. The large kitchen is equipped all the modern conveniences of home: 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, trash compactor, side-by-side refrigerator, oven and microwave. It's filled with a plethora of prep tools, small appliances, baking dishes, and service items. Cook up a storm while those watching can sit at the peninsula on the 4 stools snacking on some chips and dip.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
Start your day off with a cup of joe while sitting on the front patio on the padded seats while breathing in the fresh, crisp clean air, enjoying the surrounding nature.


GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices.

PROVISIONS
The closest grocery store is Vons, exit off Tefft St. There is a Vons on Grand Ave in Pismo Beach as well. Some local favorites are Mesa View Market & JJ’s Market and Deli on Mesa View Drive.

RESTAURANTS
There are several restaurants in the nearby vicinity including Beso Cocina,Adelina’s Bistro, Cowgirl Café, Las Cazuelas & Jocko's.

ACTIVITIES
Golf, wine, beer, and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, spas, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content.

PLEASE NOTE! You will be required to sign a Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement for booking this property. By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further explanation of this insurance can be found in your Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement.

There will also be a 4% credit card/processing fee charged for any cancellations regardless of when cancellation occurs.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS – Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
