Wonderful home close to the village but off the busy street. Madison is so responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place to those looking for a great place to stay on the central coast. Easy parking, well stocked, walk to village, quick access to freeway and places around AG!!! We’ll be back. Thank you.

Hosting Susan was an absolute delight! Right from the booking process, their communication was prompt and clear, making coordination a breeze. Throughout their stay, Susan demonstrated the utmost respect for my home, adhering to all house rules and leaving the space impeccably tidy upon departure. Beyond being considerate guests, they also took the time to appreciate the unique aspects of the property, which I truly appreciated. Their thoughtful note upon check-out was a wonderful touch. What a beautiful home to cozy up in with my family. Accommodated my self, husband, in laws and 2 children comfortably. we loved that we were able to walk into downtown AG daily, yet the house itself was in a quieter part of town. Madison was extremely communicative and helpful during and prior to our stay. We will definitely be rebooking if we ever stay in AG again.

Hosting Hunter was an absolute pleasure! From the moment they booked, communication was excellent. They were polite, respectful, and easy to coordinate with. During their stay, Hunter treated my home with the utmost care and respect. They followed all house rules and left the space in immaculate condition upon check-out. Not only were they wonderful guests, but they also took the time to appreciate the little details of the space and even left a thoughtful note expressing their gratitude. I would welcome Hunter back anytime without hesitation and highly recommend them to any other hosts. Thank you for being such a fantastic guest!

Place is great and close to everything. The only thing is that it says two bathrooms but it’s really 1 and 3/4. The second bathroom does not have a shower so a bit difficult for 5 people stay together. Otherwise, clean and pet friendly.

Hosts communication is very goood- response time was very fast. Beautiful location, walking distance to arroyo grande downtown shopping and food. My toddler loved the big tub. They have toys for the little too which was a huge plus.

We stayed here the last night of a California college trip and it was perfect. Teenage girls called it “aesthetic” and teenage boy called it a “w house.” I assume these are good things :) Thank you!

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! The property is well maintained and decorated so cute. The kitchen is stocked which made cooking so easy. The host is quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommended and visit this house again.

Nice place. Well appointed. Kitchen supplies are non existent - which is probably ok. Biggest issue is one of the bathrooms only has a tub without any way to shower without getting whole bathroom wet. Which effectively makes it a one bathroom unit

We had a great stay!

We had a lot of fun staying here. We loved the proximity to the town for local dinners, the dunes for exploring, and Pismo beach for the night life. Definitely would recommend.

Love the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.The only suggestion I would have is storage in the bedrooms such as a small dresser or nightstands. Other than that, we were satisfied.

Beautiful Place!

Really nice stay. Loved the decor. A few minor things that necessitated a call with the property manager, but were quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.
