Discover the perfect getaway for friends or family in this spacious studio, ideally situated just a 13-minute stroll from the stunning Playa Olas Altas and minutes away from dozens of great restaurants, bars and art galleries. Designed for your comfort and convenience, this affordable retreat offers a blend of relaxation and accessibility.

The property is configured as two standalone studios B1 and B2 that share a common patio and can be rented together to make a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps up to 6. The first studio B1 includes a living area, sleeping area, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and fully equipped tropical hardwood kitchen that includes a mid-size fridge, microwave and gas stove/oven. Step through another door to find a delightful private and secure patio, an ideal spot to unwind with a book, enjoy your morning coffee or break bread with friends or family in the intimate outdoor dining space. The patio has nice views, comfortable seating for 4 and dining table for 4-6. Think of this as your outdoor living room where you can embrace the tradition of indoor-outdoor living which is so typical in PV's near perfect climate. The second studio B2, which is accessed from the patio, offers a comfortable full-size double bed, plenty of closet space, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and brand new, fully equipped tropical hardwood kitchenette that includes a mid-size fridge, microwave and 4 burner induction cooktop.

Other Details to Note:

We want our guests to know exactly what they are getting before they decide to book so we do our best to describe the place as accurately as possible in our listings. A few details to highlight for you for this unit so there are no surprises are as follows:

- The windows and patio doors open onto the shared patio. Sheer curtains and nighttime blackout curtains are provided for your privacy
- There is a nice view from the patio across old town towards the ocean but there is not really any view from inside this unit. For panoramic views from a large private roof deck complete with outdoor kitchen please check out our listing for Unit C in the same building.
- The sofa/futon in the living area seats 3 and sleeps 1-2 people. The sleeping platform size is 1.85m x 1.25m or 73" x 49", so a bit smaller than a full size bed at 75" x 54"
- There is no in-unit laundry in this unit but you will find a very affordable laundry service just down the street
- The property is located in a vibrant, urban neighborhood, meaning occasional noise is possible during certain hours. Guests booking agree to this condition.

I’m in love with Zona Romantica. This particular area is more quiet and residential, but just a short walk from all the action. It also has great views because it’s up on the hillside. Though not so far up that you have a big hike contend with!
