Beautiful hacienda, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Large showers! Beautiful views. Great location in Romantica zone. BBQ grill on terrace which worked well. Window air conditioning in bedrooms worked well enough. I recommend turning air on as soon as you arrive & keep bedroom doors closed.Ceiling fans provide good air circulation in remaining areas. As other reviewers have commented, many steps, not suited for those with mobility issues. Had a wonderful time.

Couldn't have asked for more! Spectacular place and loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable and bedroom air conditioning was perfect. I'd say the only negative about this place is all the steps you have walk down (and back up) to get to and from town (restaurants, grocery, etc). The adults liked the workout but the kids got pretty lazy by the end and didnt want to walk anywhere!

Our stay was just wonderful! This Villa is so beautiful, the condo is so spacious and has such a nice vibe. We loved cooking there and using the BBQ on the amazing deck. The pool area is beautiful and the pool is treated with salt which makes the water so nice. We loved everything except the noise of the road because it is located just above the main road, but because everything else was amazing we decided to not let it bother us. We also liked the walk to the beach, only 5 minutes, and a nice work out going up the stairs on the way back! Rigo is a great host, responds quick and is friendly! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Our stay was amazing! Rigo and Silvia were very easy to communicate with. The condo was close enough that we could walk to most places in Zona Romantica, but far removed enough to give a sense of privacy. The condo was clean and seemed well taken care of. I would recommend!

Air conditioning inefficient for master bedroom as windows do not seal completely. House keeping was supposed to come by on Saturday but never showed was told that she misread her calendar. The traffic situation was unbearable. Construction trucks up and down on a regular basis all using their compression brakes which was extremely loud. There seems to be a construction project above/behind the condo and dump trucks were a regular nuisance

Thank you for the review and for staying with us. The charm of the wood windows and doors that completely open gives you the feel of indoor/outdoor living. This is one feature that makes our place special. Sadly, they do not provide a tight seal. We service the air condition units every six months to make sure everything works well. Those who have been to Mexico know that it is a noisy country. Puerto Vallarta is no exception as it is a lively city. As part of our improvements, Last summer we remodeled the terrace and completely repainted the villa inside and out.

Our stay in PV was wonderful! The place was so beautiful, we loved it! We had a private balcony and the pool area was very nice. It was a few steps to get down to the beach but doable. Many times we took an uber back from town. It was only a couple of dollars. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious and nicely appointed condo. Two big bathrooms with nice new style large showers. We enjoyed the good sized patio and amazing view of the town and ocean. We had planned to spend an afternoon at the beach but after walking around down there we found it noisy and crowded and preferred to just chill on our peaceful patio and by the pool. We took the stairs down and explored the town each day and then took a quick taxi or uber back up the hill. Our taxi back up was 3 times the price of our Uber so go with Uber. My only minor suggestion is to remember to ask in advance if you might need a new water jug as when we asked it was not available after 4pm but there is a convenience store nearby to buy some. The owner was helpful and very easy to communicate with.
