Great place

This property is in a great location, so close to many restaurants and yet it’s quiet. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked and, there are plenty of towels and linens. I appreciate the additional lighted mirror in the bathroom. Pool area was great, we used it every day! We would love to stay here again.

Evan’s place is perfect! Great location, amazing rooftop pool, so many food options steps from your front door, just a few short blocks to the beach and yet on a nice quiet backstreet. Everything was exceptional! I will miss my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and bustling streets.

Our favorite Condo in Zona Romantica!

After staying here three times this year with different family and friends, I recommend this Condo. Each time has been wonderful staying here with all it has to offer, the friendliest people, great communication with Evan, large and beautiful condo with everything you would ever need, the stunning views and the best location in Zona Romantica. The condo was beautiful and clean. The roof top pool was great. It is also in a very good location.

It was very easy communicating with the owner and property manager. They were both very helpful and friendly. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of what we needed there. I would recommend this condo and will hope to be back myself.

Lovely penthouse suite in the perfect location. The unit’s balcony and rooftop pool were our favourite places to hang out, especially to watch sunsets Evan (the host) was very friendly and gave great recommendations on places to eat in the area.We got a great deal for the week and is a large part for the 5 star review, but there were a couple small things to mention for future guests:We did not initially hear from the host until a day before checkin after reaching out to Vrbo support, but after that communication was pretty good through text messages. Evan’s number is available on the listing - don’t be afraid to send a welcome message in case you don’t hear back through VrboAlso, if you plan on staying in and cooking, the main gas oven appears to be on the fritz. It required smacking the bottom to get the lighter to work and the fan & upper grill element never seemed to turn on after trying all the settings. It still gets hot, but took a while to cook since it doesn’t seem to recirculate the heat very well. There’s a smaller toaster oven which can be used insteadOverall we were happy with our stay and would love to come back.

Best Condo We Have Stayed In!

Evan and his family have created an absolutely beautiful property with high ceilings, so much detail in the cabinetry etc. Views of the mountains and the ocean are great with a nice sized balcony that can accommodate a good number of people and a table you can dine on the balcony. This is 10+ in our 40 years coming to Vallarta! We will be back! Highly recommend this penthouse!

The communication with Evan, the host was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great. The condo is absolutely beautiful in one of the best locations in old town. Close to the ocean, restaurants, bars and smaller stores. The view from the rooftop pool and hot tub is amazing. Amazing condo in the Zona Romantica, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful penthouse. The condo is very well-appointed, in an excellent location and surprisingly quiet given central location in the Zona Romantica. It is very clean, with beautiful views from the spacious balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and we did do some cooking. The rooftop pool, hot tub and terrace are spectacular with panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta. We felt very safe, with a concierge onsite and the host and his family close by. The neighbourhood was safe and easy to get around. Evan was very gracious and a fabulous host. He was quick to respond and super accommodating! Highly recommend this spot and we would definitely return.

Out of 10 VRBO visits to PV this is #1

We always stay in Zona Romantica, normally on the hill. Well, this was a treat, a spacious top floor unit that exceeds the photos. There is an ocean view from the large deck which is not shown in the photos. You overlook the popular restaurant area, and very close to the many busy nightclubs. Convenience is the number one advantage of this location, several fantastic breakfast places right across the street. You will also find the C Store just one block away. When you are ready to escape from the beach and the tourists you will find luxury at the rooftop pool and two hot tubs and private sitting and lounge areas so you and your guest can truly feel like a VIP. Fred met us at the unit and gave a quick tour, complete with WIFI info and the offerings from around the world on the Amazon Fire TV system. You will never be out of touch or without something to watch.

Best stay and location in PVR

First, I want to commend Evan on being one of the best host I have had the pleasure of renting from. He was responsive, accommodating and very quick to react. He also has family that lives on the same floor as the unit and they were beyond nice! The unite is simply put, HUGE. Tons of square footage, great fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor space with a view to the ocean. The 2 bedrooms are incredibly well appointed with more storage space then you will need. Great linens and amazing beds and pillows. The tow ensuite bathrooms also have a lot of storage. The unit is on the top floor with sliding glass doors on two sides which provides and amazing cross breeze in the morning and late evening. No need for the AC. The top floor pool area is well appointed with plenty of lounge chairs and some great additional lounge areas. The front door staff was welcoming and helpful at all hours of the day. The location cannot be beat. Close to everything you would want in the Romantic zone without the noise that usually comes with this location. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay, Home away from Home

Perfectly located in the heart of the Zona Romantica lies an incredible vacation stay! The moment we walked into the spacious well appointed penthouse suite we felt at home! This suite is excellent with the two separate bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, the fully appointed kitchen and massive living suite! The views from the balcony are equally as great, you can see the ocean and the cobblestone suites buzzing with activity! And then you go up one floor to the breathtaking roof top infinity pool! Countless hours were spent here, soaking up the sun, the rooftop is so clean and well kept and the views again are breathtaking! Evan as a host was amazing! He made every effort to ensure our vacation was the best, from restaurant recommendations, to suggestions for activities, he was always quick to reply to inquiries. We truly felt at home and counting down the days until we can return! The condo is extremely safe and secure as well. As 2 single women travelling we felt safe our entire trip, the neighborhood was safe and easy to get around with plenty to see and do. I highly recommend starting here, from the people we met in the building, to the gorgeous suite and fantastic roof top oasis, to the colourful and vibrant neighborhood, it was a memorable recharging vacation. Amazing space and perfect location!

Have been traveling to PV for over a 15 years and stayed in several properties in Old Town. This condo is my favorite for the group of friends I traveled with. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well as lounging in the livingroom and watching the sunset from the balcony. Rooftop pool was never crowded and provided lovely views of the city. Walking distance to all our favorite bars and restaurants. Communication was very good and timely with the team via WhatsApp. Would definitely stay at this property again.
