As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living space, perfect for gathering after a day at the parks. The main living room features a 70-inch TV, flowing seamlessly into a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen ready for any culinary creation.

Step outside to your private, screened-in patio where your own personal pool awaits. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening swim under the stars.

This home offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own comfortable retreat:
* **First Floor:** Bedroom with a Queen bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower.
* **Second Floor Main Suite:** A spacious retreat with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 3:** A cozy room with a Queen bed, TV, and its own bathroom.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 4 (Tron Themed):** Journey into the grid in this immersive room with two Twin beds, atmospheric lighting, and a TV.
* **Second Floor Bedroom 5 (Disney Princess Themed):** A magical fairytale room with two Twin beds, enchanting decor, and a TV.

Upstairs, a loft area with a 65-inch Smart TV provides a second entertainment hub, ideal for movies or gaming.

**Guest Access**

Your stay includes access to the best of both worlds: your own private pool at the townhome and the incredible amenities of the Windsor Cay Resort. As our guest, you have full access to the entire resort, which features:
* A massive zero-entry resort-style pool, lazy river, and double waterslides
* A children's water park and spa
* Fitness center, game room, and mini-golf course
* Sand volleyball and basketball courts
* On-site cafe, bar, and ice cream shop

Inside the home, you'll find everything you need for a seamless stay, including free WiFi, central AC, a washer and dryer, hairdryers, and fresh linens and towels. A TV is included in every bedroom. For those traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request.

**Getting Around**

Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 4 to 5 vehicles, depending on size. A car is recommended to explore all that the Orlando area has to offer.

**House Rules**
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older.

**Important Information**

To enhance your stay, the following services are available. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add them.
* **Pool Heat:** Available for $30 + tax per night for the duration of your stay. Please request at least 2 days prior to check-in.
* **Barbecue Grill:** Available for a flat fee of $65 + tax per stay. This includes a propane tank and final cleaning. Must be requested before check-in.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions on receiving packages at the resort.
* **Concierge Services:** We can assist with high chair rentals, park tickets, grocery shopping, and more.
